The Work Happiness Method is a well-organized combination of social and biological sciences created to help promote job satisfaction. The content will be familiar to anyone who has read many of the popular books on happiness or mindfulness but Grizont provides a helpful framework for its application in a challenging work environment. It is an easy audiobook to listen to. The narration is delivered in an even, neutral tone and the chapters break the book into sections that help keep the pace moving along. The author opens the audiobook with a prologue and introduction but then the rest of the book is read by a narrator. I believe it would have been better if the author had narrated the whole thing. There are quite a few activities for practicing the methods application and I would advise the reader to have those accessible beforehand. Websites were given and I was able to access the content to use alongside the free audiobook I received from Hachette Audio and Netgalley. I might come back to listen with the print copy of the book as well to better focus on the workpages.

Imposter syndrome, boundaries, control all things we have to deal with are discussed in this eye opening book. Looking at where you are and were you want to be and the way to get there. Great ideas on how to keep your self first.
