The main characters look like Marinette Dupain Cheng and Adrien Agreste, even through this is a slow burn, but in my opinion, the characters have no chemistry together.

Oh goodness this was so good. Rose and Daniel are getting closer. The art is utterly gorgeous, it kept me engaged and not being able to put this down. I love this, and definitely would love to read the next volume.

Age Gap and Slow Burn

Age Matters vol 2 picks up with CEO Daniel Yoon wanting to hire Rose Choi as his personal assiatant. Daniel and Rose begin working together fulltime and Rose begins to understand who Daniel Yoon is. Daniel doesn't know his limits. As a 23 year old billionaire of a popular company, Mine, he doesn't take breaks or rest even though this is what he encourages his staff to do. That's where Rose comes in. She is 29 years old and feels like she hasn't accomplished anything in her life. She helps Daniel manage his boundaries between work and rest and forces him to relax every once in awhile. The more time they spend together, the more tension builds.

I had started this webtoon years ago and really loved the characters. The story is sweet and the chemistry of the two leads is exceptional. Of course, there are always others who interfere. Mr. Chen is a model and the same age as Daniel. He tries to win the affections of Rose and makes Daniel jealous along the way. Andrew is Daniel's friend and someone that Rise really connects with and respects. Via is a popular model who is vying for Daniel's attention. Even with all these additional live interests, you can't help but root for the leads to get together.
The art is beautiful and the story is entertaining. I gave this story a 4.5 stars. Rose is relatable as someone who doesn't think she has accomplished anything and has low self confidence. Daniel's encouragement adds to their growing chemistry. This is a story I highly recommend.

This story is getting super good, Yoon has now hired her to work at his company. While their dynamic has not changed as she keeps taking care of him so he doesn't overwork himself these two seem to be getting closer but Rose seems to be oblivious and keeps putting herself down.

Age Matter Volume two is the second graphic novel in this series. It follows Rose and Daniel during her first couple days on the job as Daniel’s assistant which is right where the first volume left off.

I read the original webtoon and I absolutely love this story. The artwork is even more beautiful than I remember! In this volume their connection is starting to grow and blossom in which we see Daniel starting to notice Rose a little bit more in a different light. Might I say he is starting to catch feelings or at least feel something strongly for Rose. Which I absolutely LOVE.

We also meet Vera, Dylan and Pommie. Which means things are going to be ramping up in the next volume. I cannot wait to see more of them in the next volume!

You will love this book if you love slow burn, reverse age gap, misunderstanding, billionaire romance, forced proximity and so much more.

Thank you so much to Enjelicious, Wattpad WEBTOON Book Group & Netgalley for the gifted copy!

This book hooked me in from the first chapter. I loved the character development and how the story progressed.

This is 2nd book in the series and the characters and plotline was as charming as the book one. I had a great time reading it as it kept me engaged from the starting till the end of the book.

This is the second volume of the webtoon comic Age Matters and will cover chapters 16 to 25 (more or less) in the print version, although it is already available on the platform in its entirety.

This volume begins with Rose's first day on the job as Yoon Daniel's assistant, Mine's CEO.

Here we learn a little more about Daniel and his work, as well as meet other characters, such as Via. Who is an influencer and model who, apparently, is interested in Daniel. At the moment Via's character is presented as someone who is superficial and who is going to cause trouble and drama (and I'm here for the drama 🤭😂).

Also, Rose is quite absent-minded and doesn't notice certain things that are quite obvious and we see how Daniel is slowly getting to know Rose and taking an interest in her well-being (also, getting jealous, a little bit, because of the comments and attention that Dylan gives to Rose).

I like the way the plot is taking shape and how the characters and the background of each of them have been presented.

Yura has not reappeared 😂😂 I don't know whether to be upset or envy her 🤭

The art and drawing is simply outstanding and very well done, as is the plot of the story

It's a romantic, funny and very beautiful story, I can't wait to read it completely (which I will do since the comic is already finished and available on webtoon. Luckily).

I enjoyed it and have laughed quite a bit at Rose's witticisms.

It definitely picked up and I'm pretty invested now. I have to see if they end up together! I just know Via is going to cause some problems.

As a fan of the original webtoon, I was thrilled to see Age Matters Vol 2 slated for the shelves! It picks up right where the first volume left off, following the age-gap romance between Rose and Daniel. This volume dives deeper into their connection. We see them open up about their vulnerabilities, making them even more relatable characters. The slow-burn romance continues to simmer, with some steamy moments that are beautifully illustrated. The story also tackles the challenges of a workplace romance in a lighthearted way, which keeps things interesting. While I do not really enjoy the misunderstanding trope, I still loved this Webtoon to book adaptation.

Thank you NetGalley for giving me the opportunity to read this manga before it was published.
This particular volume was a little slower than the last one. Though this is a webtoon, I actually haven't read it yet. I love the story so far. Ms. Yoon is oblivious to everything. Mr. Choi obviously likes her and is ignoring his feelings. Last book, there were some cute moments. In this volume they introduced a 2nd male lead and jealousy. I am interested to see what happens next, but this volume was just a bit slow for me.

This manga is drawn different then what I typically read, and this is more for a mature reader far as there is more writing in it, then the average manga. Which as an adult, I love to read with pictures. I love how the mfc is silly, but also nurturing, she looks out for him, and keeps the mmc on track organized, well cared for. She makes sure he eats, sleeps etc. Boss - employee relationship, side characters add in a bit of flare to jumble each other to see another side you typically do not see otherwise which helps the overall dynamic. MMC acts like a kid around mfc, wanting and needing her attention, and she is feeling that sparkle. This was really cute, and would recommend to anyone.

Oooh okay Volume Two definitely stepped things up a notch with this storyline! We’re moving more into workplace romance (not that it technically wasn’t before with her having been hired to clean his place and make his food, but still).

🌼workplace romance
🌼billionaire romance
🌼reverse age gap
🌼he’s catching feels first
🌼forced proximity
🌼slowburn

Hmm I’ll work on my list a bit, but these feel very accurate for now! Our MMC is very much starting to catch feelings for dearest Rose (though he doesn’t seem to realize it 🤭). I’m definitely looking forward to seeing how else the storyline will develop for the next volume.

The art for the unscrolled version is also really enjoyable and I’m loving the effects put into it to further give the emotions and POV of the characters. Thank you to the creator and publishers for the chance to read an early copy!

I enjoyed reading this and it was a really quick read but I also felt that not much happened. In my opinion, there was more prolonged interaction between the main characters in the first volume than this one and I would have liked some more meaningful interactions between Rose and Daniel. There are a few new characters from Daniel's company that we meet and I do like that there are other guys that are seemingly interested in Rose, or she may be interested in them, since Daniel hasn't made any moves yet. The art is good and I will most likely continue to read this series. I'm aware it usually takes a while for something major to happen in these types of stories but I do hope to see some romantic development in the next volume.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC from WEBTOON Unscrolled via NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
