Book 1 takes us on a journey following the Keane family as they move from Boston to a small New Hampshire community and discover their new home (surrounded by fog) has more to it then they anticipated!! 🏠

Caretaker starts and ends with history that weaves together with the present storyline and we will find out more in Book 2!

Each member of the family has experiences with the house and blends very well with the story. Lots of mystery, suspense, and emotions are found in the book. I loved how each family member had their own moment in the story and really enjoyed the son’s (Zach) way of thinking and finding ways to help his mother during a difficult and mysterious connection to the house and how to problem solve!

The story has a small town feel, but also a grand adventure and psychological elements to it. The characters are very well written including the Keane Family, Town Folks, our mystery Caretaker of the house, and of course the house itself!!

If you’re a fan of history, supernatural elements, and close family connections, then #Caretaker is for you!! 📚

Caretaker to me is one of those books when you keep saying. "Just one more chapter!"
Looking for a new atmosphere to raise a family, each having their own obstacles to conquer. I fell in love with this family and found myself rooting for them. They found the house of their dreams or did the house find them? These authors seamlessly go between timelines making a reader eagerly awaiting and excited for the next event to come. There is history, mystery, suspense and even a little therapy! I can't put this book in just one category because it checked so many boxes. There is also a special twist for those digital readers!

Unfortunatwly this book wasn't for me, I didn't enjoy the pace of it or the writing style. Is a case of is me not the book, I guess!

I love a good supernatural thriller, and Caretaker did not disappoint. It kept me on my toes all the way through. There were twists I never even guessed were coming. Definitely a page turner!
