For the Black Panther fan who wants to dig deeper. This is an interesting collection of small stories and "found" ephemera. Great for encouraging that Marvel fan to expend their scope beyond the movies, but less good as an entry point into the world of T'Challa.

My only knowledge of Black Panther lore is the movie and I have no clue how it fits with the rest of the lore. In my opinion the book is self-contained and it gives us a clear idea who T'Challa is as a person, what is he fighting for, what he believes in. I personally would not want to be close to him because his only loyalty is to Wakanda and he'd do anything to protect it (which is better than 99% of world leaders might I add). It puts him in conflict with pretty much everyone he gets close to be they Wakandan or not. So he'd rather cut ties then talk.

It's more of book with illustrations than a traditional comic book. It definitely is made to be read on the big screen, Some of the fonts seemed hard for read but overall it seems to suit its purpose.

I wish to know more about Wakanda, Do the rest of the cults choose their champions as well? Why exactry is Black Panther the king? Did he beat the rest of the champions in combat or what? What does vibranium do? What uses USA have for it? And many more especially about the economy.

NEW BOOK RELEASE ALERT!!!

Much like my previous review on Iron Man: Tony Stark Declassified: Notes, Interviews, and Files from the Avengers' Archives, this is another perfect book for all Marvel fans out there and I am so happy that I got to read it ahead of its release.

Black Panther is a very interesting character with such a rich background, and this book taught me a lot more than I ever knew about who King T'Challa was. Plus, getting the comic-accurate story showed me things I had no idea from the MCU version.

The illustrations were amazing, the writing was so well organised with all the documents and notes and diary entries, it just all felt so real. The divisions were also well done though, at times, it could be a little bit hard to follow due to me not being able to read some of the fonts chosen.

Cannot wait for more books like these, I am so engaged already!

It took me quite a while to finish <i>Black Panther: T’Challa Declassified</i>. I think the reason for this is because, despite being a quasi graphic novel / comic book, this is actually an incredibly dense book. It’s a longer read than you expect, being a compilation of documents, diaries, transcripts, and articles.

This is not the sort of book you get for early readers or kiddos who are just getting introduced to the Black Panther. The concept is incredibly fun and interesting, but this is definitely more of an additive story for super fans of T’Challa and the Black Panther.

I must admit, I did find myself somewhat lost at times. I’ve never delved too deeply into the Black Panther—or any marvel comic, for that matter—and as such there was a <i>lot</i> of content that I didn’t truly have context for. For that reason, I would also say that if you are really only more of a Black Panther movies fan, this might not be for you. And that’s okay!

Outside of that, objectively I will say that there is a lot of great stuff in this book. It’s a love letter to fans and tells you T’Challa’s story in such an exciting and unique way. I was really surprised to find out all the stories about the love of his life!

Fans are going to love this and I can’t wait for them to add it to their shelves! For me, it was a fun and interesting deep dive, but I don’t think I’d get it for myself.

The layout, the information, everything about this makes me feel like it would be incredible for anyone who may want to get into comics more. This would be perfect for someone who had never read a black panther comic or even someone who has read them all. It was really engaging and I'm surprised how much was in here.

I love reading new genres, and this book didn't disappoint. Really cool set up, reads like a research paper on the Black Panther.

This had everything that I was looking for based on the previous Iron Man book. It had interesting facts and enjoyed the idea of this series. It had everything that I was looking for in the Avengers universe and glad I got to read this. I'm glad this was everything that I was hoping for and enjoyed the idea of a declassification in the world.

If you love Marvel and you love Black Panther, than this is the book for you! It features stories and information about T'Challa and while I already knew most of it by watching the movies and being on Tumblr and stuff, I still had a fun time

I love the black panther films and marvel in general so I was really excited to learn more about T'Challa.

This is my second graphic novel starring THE Black Panther, T'Challa. As a new Marvel fan who doesn't closely follow the movies or comics, I found this novel to be an easy and interesting read. I enjoyed the pacing, backstory, and graphics. I'm eager to continue getting into graphic novels and manga and hopefully starting with the Black Panther collection will be an exhilarating ride!

Black Panther: T'Challa Declassified is an incredibly fun, enjoyable in-universe look at the Black Panther universe, as told through letters, testimonial transcripts, newspaper clippings and scrolls among many documents. I must admit that I have not been up to speed on my Black Panther comics, so I assume the story being told here is the latest additions to the character straight out of the comics. I've enjoyed the previous Iron Man volume, and this one was just as good. I would certainly hand it to anyone who wanted to know more about T'Challa and the Black Panther mythos.
