I could only access this book through digital format, so my judgements are all just based on flipping through the pages. However, this would be a great little journal for a teenager. Being a teenager doesn't make sense, so this journal helps them explore their feelings and experiences intentionally. There are plenty of engaging prompts and creative activities to help teens reflect on who they are now and where they’re going. This is a 'well done' book and I'd love many of my students to have access to a journal like this.

ACK. This was a digital copy so all i could really do was obviously read the prompts and stuff, BUT I LITERALLY WANT TO BUY THIS. The questions are amazing and made me think! And the whole set up is amazing as well! I definitely recommend this!<3
