This is fine, but it has some issues. The instructions look accurate, but patterns are given almost exclusively as text-- grid patterns are used unexpectedly sparingly, making this book not ideal for knitters who find it easier to follow a grid.

There are a variety of patterns for different skill levels. However, I disagree with a number of the assigned levels-- there were several patterns that I could do, that I understand, that are marked "easy" but that I absolutely would not have been able to do during my first few years of knitting. I want a word here for when customers rate a brand as "runs small" or "runs large" on sizing-- this skews as labelling patterns as a half step or full step easier than many users are likely to find them.

No patterns stood out to me as a must-make. Certainly interchangeable with any other generic knitting-for-gifting books you may already have.

I am new to knitting but this book is full of fun patterns that are great for beginners and experienced knitters alike. Can’t wait to get started.

Cute book for knitters. Not a beginner knitting book, in my opinion. Definitely need some experience knitting before trying these patterns. Some are more simple than others, but I'd say overall you need a good understanding of knitting and reading patterns. Though there are a lot of items in here that are not really my style, there are some cute things in here, especially if you're looking for handmade gifts for someone special in your life.

Very nice patterns. I did the Christmas socks for each of my family members.

I thought this was a great book with fun quick knits for all kinds of knitters.
