I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. This collection is mixed for me, some of the poems were really good and all were definitely emotive but I think so many poems on the Hamas attack and subsequent war which is highly politically charged a little difficult to tackle.

This book was very good, it was a ton of short poems but with powerful messages behind them. Would put a trigger warning for anyone going through PTSD from Oct 7th. I would absolutely recommend so people can see the raw and real emotions of being Jewish in the 21st century
