This is a cute story about wearing Hanukkah pajamas for all eight nights. She gets them messy but still wants to keep on wearing them.
Lots of traditions shown throughout the book.

Thanks NetGalley for this ARC.

A very cute and messy book about a girl, Ruth, who wears her favorite pajamas all eight nights of Hanukkah. It's a colorful, fun, and silly book for all ages.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for allowing me to read this one early. This book is really adorable and great to have another Hanukkah book option for kids. Love the play on words with pajamas. Would recommend!

What an adorable and fantastic idea! If you really love your clothes, shouldn't you get to wear them every day? Watching Ruthie try unsuccessfully to keep her Hanukkah pajamas clean was hilarious, and I sympathize, because I spill, too. Her loving family doesn't make a big deal of it, which is sweet.
Thanks to NetGalley for letting me read this

I love this picture book! The story is so lively and fun. Ruthie is determined to wear her PJs all 8 nights and keep them SPOTless. So when they are splotched and streaked, that doesn’t count. Ha! So childlike and fun. Very relatable for kids and the story will make your little kiddos giggle! I also love the adorable illustrations. This book is for any child who loves to stay in their PJs! I’m excited to share it with my own children, around the holidays and ANY time of year!

I loved reading an advanced reader’s copy of Dara Henry’s new holiday book,
Hanukkah Pajamakkuhs! Ruthie is a lovable character, and all kids will relate to the difficulty faced with keeping a special outfit clean, especially during the holidays! The colorful and expressive pictures help tell the story of a family and how they celebrate the eight nights of Hanukkah. This book will be a wonderful addition to any child’s holiday book collection. It sure makes me wish that I was invited to a Hanukkah Pajamakkuh party!

Adorable story connecting the oil lasting for 8 nights and her pajamas. I am always looking for fun stories about the different winter holidays and this will be a great addition to my school curriculum.

This was really cute and silly. I loved the art style and all the different noise effects for the different ways Ruthie dripped, smeared, and splashed on her pajamakkahs - but it wasn’t until the eighth night she got any spots!

I just had the opportunity to read an advanced readers copy of Hanukkah Pajamakkahs and was so touched by the extremely cute story, which is unlike any I’ve read before about the holiday; along with the lively illustrations. I think that all kids would enjoy this book, not just those who celebrate Hanukkah. I’ll definitely be preordering copies to stock up for the holiday season! Highly recommend!

I had the absolute pleasure of receiving an advanced reader’s copy of Hanukkah Pajamakkas by Dara Henry. What a delightful story that all parents and kids can relate to—not only those who celebrate Hanukkah, but any family that knows what it’s like when kiddos love their jammies so much they never want to change! With illustrations as charming as the story itself, this book is pure joy from start to finish!

Very cute illustrations of a child allowed to wear dirty pajamas for 8 days of Hanukkah as she continues to spill things on them each night.
