One of the things I’ve come to love about the Jessica McClain series is just how much fun I have while reading them. Cold Blooded was no different, as we follow Jessica in an action-packed adventure trying to navigate the political minefield that is her supernatural world.

This was an absolutely awesome book. I have loved the other books by Amanda Carlson in this series and I think that this is the best one yet.

Amanda Carlson is an awesome author. Once I started reading, I could not put it down until I was finished and because I needed more I went back and reread the earlier books.

The story moved along at an excellent pace, has characters that you fall in love with and a story that keeps you interested from the very first word till the very last word.

I look forward to reading more by Amanda Carlson in the future.

I've tried numerous times to get back into this series, but it just doesn't click for me. I'm giving up.

This series started with a good basic plot line but quickly progressed to being too busy. Things supposedly happening in a 24 hour period could not fit into one single day. Too much was happening too fast with no character development.
