I have to admit that prior to getting this book I had never been to a Juniors Restaurant before, nor had I ever heard of them. It was suggested to me by a friend, knowing of my love for comfort food, and I must say that I love this cookbook. It quickly became one of my “go to” books for weekly meals. This is the kind of food that you can rest assured everyone will be enjoy. Thus far everything I’ve made has been delicious. Some recipes are more complex than others, but undoubtedly well worth doing. I can’t say enough about this cookbook. The commentary is fun, the pictures are mouthwatering, and the food delicious.

Can a book be delicious? This one presented the best most gooey, and warm comfort foot that is needed in todays world.

So I guess this book has recipes based on a restaurant in Brooklyn. The recipes were pretty common. Just like really big portions. All the recipes looked like things that came right off the menu at a local diner. The recipes did not look bad, just nothing really jumped out at me as something I would want to recreate at home. I guess if I had been familiar with this restaurant then maybe it would have been different.
