I DNF'd this book about halfway through the book because I wasn't invested in what was happening or connecting with the characters.

I couldn't get into this book at all. I really wanted to, but the "hero" was such a jerk that I didn't see him being redeemable. I'm sure the author made him better, but I just couldn't see it.
