Going into this novel I need to mention that I had not read the first book- Finding Emma- before reading this one.
That being said, I loved this book! I'm a sucker for thrillers and mysteries and this book had enough intrigue and mystery and I flew through it.

Emma is a 5 year old little girl who was kidnapped and has been returned to her family. She has been living with an elderly couple that didn't even live very far from her family. Of course her parents are thrilled for her to be home but things aren't going the way they hoped it would.

Emma's older sisters don't know how to react to Emma being home. Her dad is working all the time and her mother is desperately trying to reconnect with the daughter she thought was gone forever. Emma is struggling though. She is longing for the very people who kidnapped her those years ago.

Things are not what they appear and I just couldn't stop reading until I had all the answers.

Such a great read!
