I like the arrangement and the commentary helps the reader to understand the backdrop. However, as is the case with so many books like this, we are fed art from Europe. Everyone seems to be white, caucasion, etc. which is likely not realistic, especially in this area of the world. Other than that, I liked it.

The Illustrated Bible Story by Story is simply a lovely work of art.
The photographs, artwork and maps deftly complemented the text.
You will read and view The Old Testament, The New Testament, the history of the Bible , people, the places, maps, artwork, relics, references, and illustrations. 


This Illustrated Bible covers every major covenant, prophecy, miracle, and parable in the Old and New Testaments. The book is said to be authenticated by a team of expert Biblical scholars and historians.
This is a treasure adults will enjoy with the children in many settings.

Beautiful Book

This is a very beautiful designed book, detailing all the major events in biblical history. The author outlines events and places that have helped influenced events and places depicted in the scriptures. He includes, paintings, drawings, and many other excerpts from historical documents that are presented by timelines.

The pages are very well organized, with the inclusion of marginal notes and other pertinent information.

This book is a jewel for any spiritual person's reference library. I highly recommend it.

It is an honor to review The Illustrated Bible Story by Story. I find it difficult to find words to express the beauty you will find in this Bible. The photographs, artwork and maps complement the text. My husband and I poured over the pages; much of the artwork we recognized. This Bible offers it all in one book: Old Testament, New Testament, the history of the bible, the people, the places, maps, artwork, relics, references, and illustrations. All are well done. As I stated previously the artwork complements the text and does not diminish it.

I was so excited to be able to get to read an early copy of The Illustrated Bible Story. I thought that there was a lot of great information in the book, and the illustrations were definitely great. However, I feel like it was a little bit misleading. I thought that this was going to be the Bible with illustrations to show the stories. However, this reads more like a textbook with an overview of the Bible and also some facts and information from other religions thrown in.
