This one's super hard for me to rate. Because while I did enjoy it, I have no lasting feelings regarding it. I think that's mainly because I really didn't like our mmc, Connor. He made me uncomfortable for some reason. But I did love Holly and her family, which helped balance this one for me. It's definitely not something I'm planning on rereading, but I didn't have any glaring problems with it.

I actually loved this so much. Holly was such an eldest daughter in the best possible way and I loved the lore behind the magic (and the nod to the Grimm Brothers). The apple farm setting is so unique (at least it's not something I've read before) and I've grown to love a small town cozy setting for a paranormal romance.
Connor and Holly's relationship (while a tad insta-lovey, we'll blame it on the magic) felt genuine throughout the story. They were both sincere and I appreciated that we could avoid a *maybe spoiler?* whole miscommunication trope. Missy and Winter and the aunts were LOVELY and I would love a story following the other sisters. Lovise has a bonus epilogue about Winter but I would devour a full novel about each sister.

Perfectly Wicked by Lindsay Lovise was everything I could want in a book, and then some. From start to finish, I was completely swept away by the vibes. The enemies-to-lovers energy between Connor and Holly was absolutely perfect—equal parts tension, wit, and slow-burn affection that made the payoff feel so earned. Watching their relationship grow had me rooting for them at every step.

The mystery surrounding the orchard’s ghost and its true past added such a fun and eerie layer to the story. I loved uncovering those secrets alongside Connor and Holly, and how it wove so seamlessly into the romance and magic of the orchard itself.

Holly’s sisters brought so much charm and life to the book. Their quirks and the bond they shared with Holly added warmth, making the orchard feel like a place I wanted to visit again and again.

This book had all the right tropes—enemies-to-lovers, found family, a touch of magic, and a mystery that kept me hooked until the very end. It was sweet, swoony, and utterly perfectly wicked. I already want to revisit Holly, Connor, and the whole orchard again .

I really was excited for this one. But right off the bat the writing was clunky and I felt so lost. The setting was super cute and cozy and I enjoyed the main characters but the writing just made it hard to enjoy.

I loved Holly and Connor right from the beginning. I liked their individual personalities and how they complimented each other. Most of all, I loved the beautiful writing by the author. By the end of the book, I was yearning for more of the Celeste family's story.

The plot and the concept of the story was wonderful. Even I was kept guessing along with Connor as to Holly's identity and it was worth the wait. I hope I get to read the next book in the series soon!

This was such a perfect fall read! I loved both Holly and Connor of course, but I really adored Winter and would love to read a book about her next. I am a sucker for paranormal romances and really enjoyed Lovise's writing style. I am definitely interested in reading more of her work!

Oh MAN did I enjoy this!! The story was fast paced, funny, unique and cute. I caught myself giggling and kicking my feet multiple times. The Celeste women are a true treat and Connor is such a dreamboat. This was a perfect, fall rom com with a mystical element that quickly grabbed my attention and had me flipping the pages to learn more.

This book drew me in from the first page. It was the perfect fall atmospheric read perfect for fall that takes place on an apple orchard farm in Maine. It offers romance, action, mystery, magic, and SPICE. If you love a good enemies to lovers trope with a great male lead this book is for you. I can’t say enough good things about this book, it was an AMAZING read.

This cover is cute but it fell a little flat. There was equal parts that I loved to times I was a little bored. But overall, I had a good time!

This book was a really fun and unique spin on the enemies to lovers standard romance (with paranormal elements thrown in). What an adorable couple we get!

Holly is the eldest sister and is the leader of the “Wicked” apple farm family. They’re a close knit bunch and doing kind of terrible at making a profit, especially with a much more fancy and organized orchard in town. Their cider, though, is known to be the best ever and they’re just barely keeping afloat on that alone. When a paranormal ghost hunting show offers them money to film there, they say no so they can continue to keep their secrets. This prompts Connor, the dreamy host of said show, to come knocking on their door.

Holly & Connor have an immediate love/hate thing going on. Holly, of course, says no, but when the family stresses that they could really use this, she caves. These two are adorably drawn to one another and it was really fun to watch something unique and special develop. This story is definitely more than your typical PNR and I found myself seeing an honest relationship develop instead of just a surface attraction. Definitely a great fall season read!

This book had some strong potential. The witches and the wicked was a great concept - I would have liked a little more back story to drive the plot.

The characters were alright, I felt like their development was slow and then things changed in a flip.
Overall I liked the romance aspect of the book it was stronger romance than plot, which wasn’t bad, I just think there was a lot more potential for the plot.

This was Charmed meets Practical Magic. Enemies to lovers paranormal romance. It was a cute story but kind of dragged on for me.

This was another, a cozy Richie, romcom romance. I really just enjoyed the vibes of the book and the story in it. The author created great characters and create a world that was both rich and inviting. And I really enjoyed how the conflict in the book was over come and just the happily ever after the end.

Apple orchard in Maine with some spooky, witchy vibes? Count me in.

Holly and her sisters have spent years running their family's apple orchard while keeping their true identities hidden from the community around them. Connor is a ghost hunter and he's arrived on their doorstep after a lead has him sniffing around to learn the true nature of the Celeste women. Holly is protective of her family's secret but after a ghost makes their presence known, the two of them are forced to team up to figure out what the ghost wants while also navigating the sparks flying between them.

I absolutely adored this paranormal romance way more than I was expecting to and I'm so surprised this isn't getting as much love as it should! The twist on the witch genre that Lindsay writes is so interesting and it truly keeps you on your toes throughout the book to figure out the true secret of the Celeste family. The small town setting was fantastic: I could easily picture the apple orchard and I didn't want to leave (but it probably helps that I live in Maine though!). I fully believed the chemistry between Connor and Holly as they got closer and I loved how it all wrapped up in the end. There were some great crumbs too for potential sequels involving the other sisters and I REALLY hope we get them!!

If you're looking for a fun and unique cozy paranormal romance, I highly recommend picking this one up!

"Perfectly Wicked" is a fun read, perfect for the fall season though readable in other seasons as well. FMC Holly is enjoyable, though I thought her flip from hiding her family at all costs to sharing it all felt a little fast. MMC Connor is also appealing. I found the universe building a little too surface level - I would have liked more on the relationships between Wickeds and Witches and the history thereof. The romance is very much the central plot point here, and I love a good romance, but here it kind of took away from the more paranormal aspects. It seems like this might be the kick-off of a series about Holly and her sisters, so we might get more of that Wickeds and Witches history later on. I did like the sisterly relationships between Holly, Winter, and Missy. I would certainly pick up another book from Lindsay Lovise.

This is a fun cozy autumn romance likely to resonate with readers who liked The Ex Hex or Meg Cabot's witch series. The marketing suggested The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches as a read-alike but I think this might fall flat for readers looking for that warmth and depth of found family, the romance felt more front and center to me here. Overall, I think it's a nice addition to the "fall witchy reads" lexicon we've seen emerge in recent years.
