Series Info/Source: This is a stand alone book. However, after reading it I think it has potential to be expanded in to a series. I got a copy of this on ebook to review through NetGalley..

Thoughts: This was an absolutely adorable paranormal romance and would be the perfect autumn read. The setting and characters were amazing, and I hope we see additional books set with this unique family of sisters. I read this in one night because I could not put it down. I do feel like there will be additional books in this series because we get hints around one of the sisters, Winter, starting a relationship with another character.

Holly runs Wicked Good Apples orchard, but the orchard is not making a profit. Holly has always had to tread a careful line between keeping her odd family out of the spotlight and keeping the orchard profitable. However, she may have done too good a job with keeping things around the family quiet because the orchard is going under and she needs to do something about it. A competitor orchard offers to buy her out, but she can't give up the family orchard. Then another option arises: Connor Grimm (a famous paranormal investigator with a TV show) wants to come film some of his ghost hunting episodes at the orchard. The money from Grimm could keep the orchard afloat for another couple years at least....

This book has some paranormal elements, a ghost hunting theme, and a broader society based around the paranormal elements that is hinted at. It is set on an amazing orchard in a fun small town. I loved Holly and her magical family and the rapport that they developed with Connor Grimm and his team. Holly and Connor end up in a sizzling hot enemies to lovers situation that was fun to read about and well balanced.

I haven't been reading much PNR lately because a lot of it just feels the same. This was a refreshing and fun read and got me excited about the genre again. It's a more cozy take on the genre, and I love autumn, so I enjoyed the wonderful setting.

The writing was very engaging, easy to read, and full of humor. The description was wonderful; at times, I could almost smell the crisp autumn air and taste the apples. This is one of those books that almost reads itself, it flowed beautifully and was impossible to put down. I ended up reading it all in one night, which was not my intention when I sat down to read this. This book seems to be building out a broader paranormal world, so even though it wasn't advertised as a series I hope we see more books in this world.

My Summary (5/5): Overall I absolutely loved this cute and cozy, humorous paranormal read. I loved the characters and the Celeste family and enjoyed the supernatural aspects of the story. This was just such a fun read with mystery, romance, and paranormal aspects. I would recommend to those looking for a cozy autumn paranormal romance. I hope we see more books in this world soon!

Perfectly Wicked is a super cute romcom. The setting is adorable - Wicked Good Apples, a local apple orchard in rural Maine, run by generations of strong women who just may have some secrets about their family and the insanely delicious cider they make. When a famous (and very hot) ghost hunter shows up on their orchard to investigate reports of ghosts and other weird occurrences, the family is uneasy but also in need of the money the show will bring in, so they reluctantly agree.

This book has mystery, drama with rivals and annoying exes, romance, fantastic flirting, and spice. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a small town romcom, as long as you don't mind a bit of paranormal activity too.

Thank you to NetGalley and Alcove Press for providing me with a free copy of this book in exchange for my review!

this will be a wonderful spooky romance for many people, but the actual romance itself developed a little too fast for me, especially considering the enemies to lovers trope. developments were being made at the 30% mark.

I loved this book!! I am such a huge fan of witchy romances but I've found over the last few years that the quality can be really hit or miss for me - but this one had the perfect mix of plot and romance! There's an overarching plot too that I hope means we will get more books from this world, because I am ready!! This is the perfect witchy book for the season

Read this for:
- Witchy romance
- Also ghosts
- and a hot ghost hunter
- who GIVES in the bedroom
- A lil' bit of mystery
- Wonderful family
- HEDGEHOG

In Perfectly Wicked we find Holly also trying to save her dying family business. In this case, and apple farm that has really good apple cider with a secret ingredient. Holly has always tried to keep the business low profile, but is getting desperate. She lets a ghost hunter tv show come and film on her land for the money, in hopes that they don't uncover too much about what makes her family special. The host of that show, Connor, is convinced there is something otherworldly going on at Wicked Good Apples, but he really has no idea.

Once again, you know its going to be a happy ending and a romantic connection, but getting there is a fun ride. I really liked all of the characters in this one. Holly has two sisters with unique powers of their own and their aunts are the comic relief you need from the two old witches. The twist of what Holly really is adds even more interest.

This paranormal romance Perfectly Wicked by Lindsay Lovise centers on the relationship between TV production host Connor Grimm and apple farm owner Holly Celeste.

After the first few chapters, it was easy to get into this book. I enjoyed the concept and how it was written; it really showcased the paranormal aspect of this novel. I also appreciated how witches were portrayed differently and how the magic element is slowly revealed as you continue reading.

The romance aspect of this story was done well, and even though this book is set up as an enemies to lovers, that's not the case; it's more like a dislike to lovers, but the tension between Connor and Holly really captures your attention and makes you want to continue reading.

One thing that felt like a breath of fresh air was how we weren't initially told everything about the magic system and how everything worked, and we were told as the main characters uncovered secrets. The way this book ended leaves room to continue this story as a series which I would love to read if that ever happens!

Imagine a spellbinding, witchy, and enchanting mystery set on a sprawling apple orchard farm in a quaint small town, where every crisp breeze carries whispers of ancient secrets. At the heart of it all are the Celeste sisters, who are desperately trying to save their beloved orchard from financial ruin. When a stranger arrives in town, proposing to film a ghost hunting TV show on their property, the sisters reluctantly agree, hoping the exposure will be their orchard's salvation. Little do they know, the show plans to unearth more than just ghosts-it could unravel the very fabric of the secrets they've spent a lifetime protecting,. As the pieces start to come together, the stranger faces an impossible choice. Will he expose the greatest paranormal discovery of his career and boost his show to the top of the charts, or protect the woman who's bewitched his heart, even if it means walking away from everything he's worked for!?!

Overall, it's a delightful mix of romance, mystery, and the paranormal, capturing the magic and intrigue of the spooky season! ๐Ÿง™โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฎ๐Ÿ‘ป I cannot recommend this book enough!! This book is so cute with a dash of the movie practical magic feels . Holly's family apple farm is on the verge of failure, and letting a TV film crew in might keep them afloat - except she is worried that it might expose more than a local ghost. Justifiably so.
I really enjoyed this. The pacing is excellent, gradually revealing the paranormal aspects of the story and giving them a truly original twist. All of the characters are well-drawn, and at the centre of it all are two people who really don't want to fall for each other but go ahead and do it anyway. The tension between Connor and Holly ratchets up very nicely in parallel with the supernatural activity, and the ending manages to be satisfying while leaving enough open for future installments. At least, I hope that's the plan.

Holly is the oldest daughter and holds the responsibility of keeping her familyโ€™s apple orchard, Wicked Good Apples, running. Theyโ€™ve had a couple of bad years in the business and sheโ€™s not sure why. Now, the famous TV ghost hunter, Connor Grimm, wants to investigate her family and estate after several weird ghost sitings have been reported. The last thing Holly needs is him poking into her family secrets, but she agrees so that the orchard can get some publicity.

Connor knows there is something going on with the Celeste family, and heโ€™s determined to find out what. Unfortunately, he canโ€™t fight how drawn he is to Holly. When he discovers her secret, itโ€™s so much more than he could have ever imagined.

There was a ton of great tension between Connor and Holly. This is a slow burn romance with mild spicy towards the end!

This is a wickedly magical romance that I couldn't put down. It was exactly the witchy vibe that I wanted and I thoroughly enjoyed every page.

As well as a fun ghost hunting storyline that helps to uncover list family history, the story includes some interesting magic lore that is a nice move away from the witchy legends we all know. I loved that the story doesn't give you all the info straight away and that you're left to unravel the mysteries along with the MCs.

When it comes to the romance, it's set up to be enemies to lovers but it really isn't. Is there dislike there at the start? Yes, but this dissipates far too quickly for it to be real enemies to lovers. This isn't a bad thing though, as it leads to some interesting spicy moments.

I enjoyed that we weren't told absolutely everything about the magic systems and world as it has set things up for another book that reveals more and I'm excited that this could be the case. Even though this book is about small town magic, there are much bigger things happening and I'm looking forward to finding out more about them.

If you're a fan of The Witches of Thistle Grove, The Ex Hex and Hex Appeal, this is definitely the book for you.

Holly's family owns an apple orchard that isn't doing well, even if they make the best apple cider around.  They reluctantly agree to allow Connor Grimm and his ghost hunting TV show onto their property to investigate claims that a ghost is haunting the orchard in order to generate more money. Holly keeps a close eye on him to make sure he doesn't discover her family's real secret.

Thoughts ๐Ÿ’ญ
I devoured this book in a day!  It's the perfect fall/witch/ghost book with a fun enemies to lovers story.  I loved both of the main characters and the magical family!  There was enough mystery to keep me guessing and some twists along the way.  I'm hoping for another book so I can stay in this magical world a little longer.  Holly does have two sisters who deserve their own story!  I wouldn't miss out on this one if you love witchy romances.  This gave me practical magical feels.

โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธFrom publisher Alcove Press: There have always been rumors that something magical is afoot at Wicked Good Apples. Rain during droughts and other inexplicable happenings have long haunted the Maine orchard, but only Holly Celeste and her family know the truth: the Celestes are just a little wicked.
Despite the magical secret ingredient in their cider, the family business is floundering. When Connor Grimm, a charming and nationally beloved paranormal investigator, requests to film an episode of his popular TV show on the mysterious farm, Holly reluctantly accepts. She knows the publicity could be the miracle her family needsโ€”as long as Connor doesnโ€™t manage to actually make any paranormal discoveries while heโ€™s there.
As Connor gets closer to uncovering the real secrets behind the orchard, his and Hollyโ€™s blooming romance begins to threaten everything they valueโ€”Connorโ€™s commitment to his career and Hollyโ€™s commitment to protect her family.

My review: I love a supernatural romance and they always have a bit of a mystery. Holly and her family hide their powers and seem to not fully understand them after centuries in hiding. Connor is suspicious but also a believer. These two roads are on curse to collide, with some definite spiciness included. Holly is strong and determined but deserves a little fun, as her sister Missy reminds her all the time.
I liked the characters, likable and strong and willing to reverse decisions when needed.
I wanted to know the history and uncover the mystery of the town and the Celeste Orchard. Ghosts aren't always nice but strong supernaturals can definitely handle them, especially if it's to save the family farm (or orchard in this case!). If you like a little mystery with your spicy supernatural romance, you'll enjoy this book. I'm hoping there's more and this is a series. Holly has two sisters after all!

Holly Celeste and her family own Wicked Good Apples, which features the best apple cider in the state thanks to their secret recipe. The orchard is also know to have strange happenings occur. Along comes Connor Grimm, the charming and handsome paranormal investigator who wants to turn the Celesteโ€™s home into a TV show. His offer couldnโ€™t come at a better time since Hollyโ€™s family is currently struggling to meet their โ€œbreak-evenโ€ model. Connor is determined to reveal the orchardโ€™s secrets, and Holly wants to get rid of him before he reveals her family to the public.

Perfectly Wicked is a combination of Charmed, Ghosthunters, and Practical Magic. it gave me all of the best spooky vibes and I really adored the characters. As someone who has not been โ€œwowedโ€ in the past by Halloween reads, this book felt like a breath of fresh fall air. There was even a twist at the end that I didnโ€™t see coming, and I am excited to see this series play out with the rest of the Celeste sisters!

Perfectly Wicked is an imaginative take on what it means to be Wicked, with a bit of Earth witch thrown in for good measure. Holly and her sisters are greatly powerful, and they havenโ€™t done a very good job at keep their powers hidden. Theyโ€™ve also done a good job at bringing their family apple farm to the brink of bankruptcy. Holly has a wicked temper (couldnโ€™t resist, sorry), and it blows throughout the story. Connor Grimm wants to investigate ghost sightings at her farm and basically blackmails her to get her to agree.

The author throws in a pet hedgehog and quirky side characters for comic relief, but the best is a scene with her ex-boyfriend trying to control her at the dinner table. I laughed out loud.

This is a good first book from the author.

๐Ÿง™๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ Supernatural romance
๐Ÿง™๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ Enemies to lovers
๐Ÿง™๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ Small Town

This is the first book by this author I have read and the first in what I hope is a series. It centres around a family of women who run an apple orchard that seems to be failing and a tv ghost hunter who wants to get to the bottom of some strange happenings there.

Holly, her sisters and aunts are used to keeping a low profile and running their orchard just to break even - they are keen to keep their family secret hidden and don't want to be too successful. But they seem to be having the opposite problem and the orchard may have to be closed after 4 years of low sales.

Connor is a paranormal investigator of some renown who has been alerted to some spectral activity happening on the orchard and wants to film a few episodes there. This makes Holly nervous, as she knows a tv show will draw unwanted attention. Connor and Holly don't exactly hit it off but can't fight their immediate attraction. As the two get to know each other they realise they have more in common than they originally thought.

This was a really well written supernatural romance, with an engrossing plot and plenty of chemistry between the characters. It's the perfect light-hearted read for spooky season. I'm looking forward to Winter and Missy's stories (and really hope they are forthcoming).

I received an ARC of this book from Netgalley. All opinions expressed in this review are my own.
