A fun and light read - perfect for summer evenings of quiet days at the beach.
3.5 ⭐️
The only thing keeping me from 4stars is I want MORE. I wanted more closure with some of her relationships and more buildup with others.
Fun fun fun!

I cannot say enough good things about this book. I was hooked before I even started reading. The premise was so intriguing and original. I loved the characters, the banter, everything. I did call one of the twists about halfway through but still such a great read! I already know it's gonna be one of my faves for the year.

I might update this and make it a 4.5 ⭐️ read for me. I LOVED IT!
Such a cool take on a romance novel that I devoured reading it in a couple hours. I would recommend this booked to anyone ; if you’re in a reading slump, reading everyday or just starting to get back into reading - I feel like this book has something for everyone.
The references to other romance novel authors in this book was such a nice touch and made this book feel very modern. I can see this quickly becoming book club picks for many.
Thanks Net Galley for dropping an E- ARC and allowing me to read it early!

9/10
Oh god. I finished it in one sitting. I went into this book blindly, having only seen the cute cover design. It grabbed me in from the first page.
This book felt like a romcom movie. What a great premise. I did not want to put it down because I really wanted to know how it ends. This is "The Good Place" except they get a second chance at life. Some parts had me tearing up and smiling like an idiot. It was beautiful!
The found family trope was done so wonderfully. The main character's character development was YES! She started off so annoying and rude but grew into someone so nice! Yoon is delightful, Cooper is sweet, Frida is cute, all of the supporting characters were nice to read.
Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher who gave me an early copy of this book.

I’m so sad this book is over. It was funny, sweet and tear-inducing. The FMC was an embarrassingly loveable character that you were rooting for and felt for her through the whole novel. The side characters are endearing and so funny. I’d devour any novel about them ADEL anyone?!? For a non-thriller it was unputdownable. There was a heist FFS. This was an education on romance novel. Enemy to lovers, found family, a trope about all the tropes. It was even a little spicy! I’m not a rom-com kind of book girl but I loved this book.

Not only did Kirsty Greenwood gain a new fan, this book stole my heart! I have never read anything quite like this before— beyond exquisite.
Delphie’s life had been completely turbulent, something many can relate to, and Greenwood gave a subtle reminder that what we are looking for may be right in front of us after all.
5 stars, would recommend to a friend.

Won't be providing feedback for this one, unfortunately, as it only came up as a pdf file, which I can't access on my Kindle. Thanks for the opportunity though.
