*Inhale, Exhale* by Sarah Ross is a heartfelt contemporary romance that explores themes of loss, healing, and the complexities of love. The story follows the main character, Alex, a high school senior who has been struggling with the grief of losing a loved one. When she meets the charismatic and mysterious Ben, she is drawn to him despite the emotional baggage she carries.
Ross’s writing is emotional and relatable, capturing the inner turmoil of a teenager dealing with grief and trying to find her way forward. The chemistry between Alex and Ben is strong, with their relationship evolving at a realistic pace, allowing for moments of both heartache and growth. The book explores the idea of learning to let go of the past in order to move forward, with an emphasis on the healing power of love and support.
While the pacing can sometimes feel slow, the emotional depth and authenticity of the characters make *Inhale, Exhale* a compelling read for fans of contemporary romance and stories of personal growth. It’s an ideal choice for those who appreciate stories with strong emotional arcs and a focus on healing after trauma.

Jillian is on summer break. A time to enjoy, break from college, soak up that sun and just enjoy.
Oh but a love triangle is around the corner! Kind of. Jillian takes a summer job where she meets Grant. Grant is a good guy but doesnt want anything. Plus Jillian is dating Christian anyway.
This is a multi POV which has always been a hit or miss for me. Multiple POV is not my go to kind of thing and the love triangle was pretty much like any other I've read. There are ups and downs where one person ends up realising which guy has really been there a d the one to be with.
The book was good, its an easy read through.

The first sentence tells me that this book isn't for me. A few paragraphs down, it's confirmed. The foul language doesn't suit me, so I will not finish this one. Thank you for the opportunity though.
