As a mom with a child who is on the Autism Spectrum I am always looking for books to help guide me in teaching and helping my little ones. I was excited to review this ebook ARC all about mindfulness and how it can help children, and adults, work through life's ups and downs. I really love this guide. Written in a way children will understand and follow easily. The book explains how the brain works and what causes your moods and feelings. The guide gives so many excellent ways to help change our moods from sad to glad. I like the suggestions of breathing, of paying attention to something around you and finding new habits that help us to achieve our goals. I love how detailed the book was in explaining everything you might need to know about being mindful.

The illustrations and cute lay outs made me think the book is made for children to read, but the way the book is writing seems geared more for an older style. This book is full of good advice,

Cute. I liked the illustrations and they way that the book was organized. The mindsets provided were helpful and written at an appropriate level. Explained for children, but also entertaining enough for an adult to read. I liked the real life examples of optimism, perseverance, and resilience.
