Thank you to NetGalley and Practical Inspiration Publishing for providing this book, with my honest review below.

I picked up Refreshing Comms for some support as I was working through some internal change management at work and found it very helpful! It has both direction in the books writing as well as support tools (charts and templates, for instance) to help guide you through. It came in handy for me and I think it will for others as well.

I love that this book offers templates, work tools that I can use to communicate at work- and not just that, the author also explains some of the assumptions we make when for example sending out emails at work or scheduling meetings and calls.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.
