Georgia Clark knows how to balance the perfect mix of family drama, new relationships and falling in love alongside character growth and self discovery so well.
I love a multi character and multi POV story. Most Wonderful follows three siblings as they end up back at their mother’s house in the weeks leading up to Christmas. Each of them are flawed, and searching for answers as to what is next for them in life, their careers and in their relationships.
The weeks contain lots of holiday traditions, and a Christmas party all while uncovering just what they are each going to do next.
Not your average Christmas book, but I really enjoyed this one and definitely could see it translating to screen sooo well!

This book was beautifully paced, which is quite hard to do when juggling so many storylines. The three siblings relationships with one another and their ups and downs all came together to form a picture of a family that felt real. I really enjoyed all three queer romances, but I loved that one was left open-ended. It not only felt more realistic, but it also served that character to have time to work on themself. The mother’s story was also beautifully done. She was an iconic character, but I love that she was still humanized. Her ending felt like a lovely way to take back some power. It was a very well-crafted novel and had wonderful queer representation!
Thank you to NetGalley for providing me with the eARC, but it did not affect my review in any way! #MostWonderful #NetGalley

Thank you netgalley and publisher for a chance to read this book for free in return for my honest opinion.
I loved the Christmas vibes mixed with LGBTQIA family. Each family member brings someone home to visit their mother and I loved all the stories, especially Birdie. She was a hot mess but I was here for it.
Rafi the brother was a hopeless romantic as well but I’m glad he had a chance to redeemed himself after proposing to just girlfriend in front of their whole work and getting shot down.
I loved this book and it was an easy, fast paced book.

A super cute queer rom com with heart and humor! Made me excited for the holidays to get here :) love Georgia Clark.

With the holiday season looming, the Belvedere siblings find themselves in turmoil. Liz, the oldest and a successful show runner in Hollywood, is uncertain how to build on the success of her show’s first season and is struggling with her intense attraction to the star of her show, Violet Grace. Birdie, the middle child, has channeled her chronic sense of being overlooked into a career in stand-up comedy, but her focus on flirting with women rather than perfecting her act leads to her downfall after her manager cuts ties with her. Ravi, the youngest and most sensitive of the three, is left heartbroken after his grand public proposal to his girlfriend is met with rejection. Raised by their legendary mother, actress and singer Babs Belvedere, the three siblings decide to spend the holidays at her country estate, hoping to recharge and put their love lives on the back burner and focus on themselves. But the holiday spirit has its own plans, and their well-meaning resolutions quickly unravel in the most charming and festive of ways. This heartwarming queer rom-com is a tribute to love, family, and personal growth.
I really enjoyed this book! If you’re looking for a queer holiday romance that’s emotional, funny, and full of heart, this book is perfect for you. It’s got everything - a quirky family dynamic, messy relationships, and characters who are very easy to relate to. The Belvedere siblings, each with their own unique struggles, are trying to figure out their lives, love, and careers, which makes their story so engaging. I especially loved how the book explores their individual journeys while weaving in the magic and chaos of the holiday season. It’s a great mix of humor and depth, and the way it celebrates love in all its forms is just beautiful. If you enjoy stories about family, self-discovery, and sweet romances, I highly recommend Most Wonderful!
Thank you to Random House Publishing Group and NetGalley for the opportunity to read to an ARC of Most Wonderful in return for my honest review.

The Most Wonderful by Georgia Clark is a queer holiday rom com centered on the 3 Belvedere siblings. Each facing a crossroads in their lives they all spontaneously decide to head home to their moms Catskill mansion hoping to recharge themselves during the holiday. This was a cute story, but I was a bit overwhelmed by the 3 different love interests and it was difficult to connect with the characters. I was really invested in Rafi and Ash’s story and really wish theirs was the main storyline. I could have done without Birdie altogether... Overall, it’s a feel-good queer holiday novel that will get you in the festive spirit. Many thanks to the publishers and NetGalley for providing a copy in exchange for an honest review.

Georgia Clark’s Most Wonderful is a vibrant and heartwarming holiday tale that breathes fresh air into the seasonal genre with its cast of unconventional, utterly lovable characters. The story deftly interweaves humor, chaos, and moments of poignant intimacy, making it a standout holiday read.
At the heart of the narrative are the siblings, each with their own journey of self-discovery and transformation. Clark skillfully explores their individual stories, painting their struggles and triumphs with a mix of wit and empathy. As the family comes together in a flurry of holiday madness, the bonds between them deepen in unexpected ways, highlighting themes of growth, forgiveness, and the power of connection.
What sets Most Wonderful apart is its ability to balance hilarity with heartfelt moments, keeping readers engaged and invested in the characters’ arcs. The spice in the story adds a modern edge, appealing to readers looking for a holiday novel that feels both fresh and relatable.
Clark’s ability to create characters that feel so genuine ensures that readers will root for them at every turn. The growth they experience feels authentic, making the conclusion all the more satisfying. Most Wonderful is a joyful, laugh-out-loud, and ultimately moving holiday read that reminds us of the beauty in embracing the chaos of family and love.
Highly recommended for fans of contemporary holiday fiction with a twist of humor and heart.

I really want to like it but I ended up not finishing it the storyline was good and everything he just got a little too confusing with the three different timelines but I think other people would really like it

I absolutely LOVED this gem of a holiday novel!
It is so rare for me to like every main character, but this story truly made me feel a connection to each sibling. Each of their stories was so unique, yet relatable, and I was so happy with each siblings ending.
THIS is the holigay movie I want to see on the Hallmark Movie Channel!

"'𝘖𝘶𝘳 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢 𝘳𝘦𝘸𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘦,' 𝘉𝘢𝘣𝘴 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘥. '𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵'𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮! 𝘕𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘱𝘵 𝘢 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘥𝘳𝘢𝘧𝘵.'"
Who swore they wouldn't read any holiday books until after Halloween? 🙋🏻♀️. And who read four in October? Also 🙋🏻♀️.
𝗠𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗪𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗨𝗟 is a fun family drama set during the holidays that features not one, not two but three romances when a trio of half-siblings return home for their famous mother's annual Christmas celebration. There was so much to love about this one - the Catskills setting, eccentric matriarch Babs Belvedere, her three adult children whose professional and love lives are in various states of upheaval, wonderful queer rep, and cameos from Sarah Paulson and Holland Taylor - but Georgia Clark's writing is what really made the book for me. It's fact-paced and clever (this description slayed me - "In her black leather pants and pale silky blouse, she looked like someone who knew how to pronounce Viogner and already had a will") and even when you know where the plot is going, her dialogue and prose make getting there so much fun.
If you're looking for a holiday read that will warm even the Grinchiest of hearts and put a big smile on your face, this is it.

Witty, charming, hilarious and full of chaotic characters you can't help but love, Most Wonderful is the most perfect pick for the Christmas season! Birdie's choices made me cringe at times, but I understood her and loved her. Liz was relatable and I felt we were kindred spirits as my journey was a little like hers. Rafi's hopeless romantic personality made me love him all the more. Mama Belvedere was insanely eclectic, but her love for her children could be felt throughout the book.
I highly highly recommend this one as we head into the holiday season! 🎄☃️

I loved this SO MUCH. What a wonderful (heh) group of complex, REAL characters. A queer hug for my heart. Just what I needed after a total sh*t week with the election. Will be recommending this to all my friends!

The focus of the story is on the Belvedere siblings. Their mother is a famous actress and singer and each of the children has different fathers. Now adults they are all at crossroads in their lives as they head to spend Christmas together at their mother’s house in the Catskills. Now is the time to make changes in their lives to figure career direction and to find love. The story is light with a nice holiday flair, but some serious topics are covered as well. With three different storylines it covers a lot but not always in depth. I connected with one couple more than the other two but that is just storyline preference. This is a sweet, queer, Christmas novel. I thought the siblings' interactions felt real. And Babs was great as the mother with advice and support.

• ensemble romantic comedy about three siblings, all struggling with their love lives & careers, spend the holidays at their aging mother’s cabin in upstate new york
• very fun, very queer, very messy
• mostly light, but has good representation of queer awakening, substance abuse recovery, and mental health
• at 432 pages, it felt a bit long & could have been cut down a tad

3.5/5
A charming queer holiday romance about three adult siblings, each at a personal and romantic crossroads, who reunite at their larger-than-life mother’s Catskills manor for an unforgettable Christmas.
I love a holiday romance, and with Most Wonderful, we get a three-for-one deal! Of the three siblings, I think I was rooting for Rafi the hardest in the romance sector and Birdie the most in the "get your life together" part, I still wanted the best for oldest sister Liz, but felt less invested in her story.
The one downside of the three siblings sharing one book? Not enough pages to fully flesh out each one. The highlight of the three siblings sharing one book? The connection they shared with one another - these three could not have been more different but I found myself also wanting to be a part of the "Black Hearts Club" this year.
If you're looking for a heartfelt holiday book full of family and romance, this is the one for you!
Thank you to NetGalley and Random House Publishing Group for the ARC! All opinions are my own.

'Most Wonderful" by Georgia Clark follows the story of 3 queer siblings around Christmas time. If you're looking for a Christmas theme story to get you into the holiday spirit, this was not the pick for me. But hey, that is just my opinion, the read may be okay for you. I felt the story just happened to take place in the month of December. While I did enjoy reading and following 3 different siblings, the story line just didn't capture and pull me in. In the beginning I was not a fan of Birdie, but I will say I like how the story ended for Birdie (without giving a spoiler). 3.5⭐️
**Thank you NetGalley, Random House Publishing Group, and Georgia Clark for an eARC copy of 'Most Wonderful'.

This book was just the pick me up I needed during election week in the United States. It was a delightful read that really delivered the holiday cheer. Looking forward to more books from Georgia Clark!

This was a fun holiday romance. The characters were fun and it was an easy read. I did fine it to be a lot with the multiple POVs. I usually appreciate multiple POVs but for this story I didn’t enjoy it.

I love holiday romances, it’s never too early to get into the Christmas spirit. It was a bit hard to follow though with the multiple love stories. The characters got a bit confusing for me.

I really enjoyed this holiday read, which wasn’t the typical cheesy rom-com and getting to see multiple love stories between the 3 characters!! I would recommend this for any fans of The Family Stone or Happiest Season; writing was good, the characters were likable with fun banter and handled hard topics gracefully.
