Really inspirational book around a really challenging subject. Full of good practical advice that can be easily applied or transcribed to your situation. Found it personally helpful and equiped me to better support and serve those that I provide personal care to. At the time of reading I was entering a news season personally and helped me to focus and shape questions to prepare me for the season that I was everything into. Thanks.
