This is an absolutely adorable book! I love reading some of these children's books to my toddler and this was no exception. The illustrations are so bright and fun, but simple and easily understandable. The story is also perfect for toddlers- the length is great and kept my toddler's attention. He loved reading along and acting out some of the pages.

There is a great list of tips at the end of the book for adults. I really enjoyed reading through them

PERFECT for a storytime, either for librarians or teachers or parents. Very adorable art, and the rhythm of the storytelling is very readable.

This is a simple, sweet little story to read to your toddler, and the tips for caregivers of toddlers at the end are spot-on. While it's not so much a story as a telling of events over the course of a day, it's really perfect for the audience.

The illustrations are bright and cheerful while soft and engaging. I think little ones will enjoy the colors and expressions of the small child in the book.

I definitely would want this one in print to add the tactile experience for the kids and to have another reason to get away from the screen.

I spend my days telling toddlers " I see you" in so many different way and I really appreciated the tips at the end of this book, with explanations on why we need to be constantly reaffirming them all day long.

The illustrations are beautiful. It's a simple book to understand with a great message. I'll definitely be seeking this one out on Pub day for my classroom!

This is a very cute and engaging book for babies/toddlers. The rhyming felt like it was the right pace and cadence for young children to keep them interested and the illustrations are simple while being engaging based on the words on the page. This is a book that would be easily accessible for young children to interact with and the pictures are great for kids to focus on.

This would make a nice addition to any nursery shelf! Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read and review an eARC of this book.

In 'I See You Smile,' caregivers are encouraged to tune into toddlers' emotional cues, acknowledging and celebrating their expressions of happiness, joy, contentment, and excitement. Through engaging rhymes and lively rhythms, the book makes the process of building an emotional vocabulary enjoyable for both toddlers and caregivers.

Love this book so much! Great for non-readers. The colors and drawings are very subdued which makes it a perfect before nap/bedtime read. I love the extra stuff written for caregivers in the back of the book. There is so much to be done with this book that it will be one that could be reached for again and again.
My daughter thrived on routine and always wanted to know the day's itinerary. This book story has a distinct beginning, middle and end; As well as the events in the story being linear.
Validating a toddler's feelings is so important and fosters emotional intelligence. Really take the time to delve into this book and you will see all the possibilities.

Thanks to NetGalley for this ARC! Bravo!

What an endearing book for children and parents to read together. We go through a child’s day from the parent’s perspective.

The book was full of vibrant and engaging illustrations throughout.

There were even 4 tips for caregivers at the end. So it really is a book for the whole family.

Before nap time for the two little boys, we do story time. 📖📚Or try to each day 🤪 And today since it was rainy, windy and cold, we did more than normal. The boys LOVED these books. All of them were such cute stories and had fun illustrations. My oldest son asked lots of great questions. My middle son said, “again mommy again!!!” My favorite was Violin of Hope. It was all about the holocaust. Such a great book for elementary school teachers with that topic. It was so heartfelt and had such sweetness to it. The Big Book of Useless Knowledge had my oldest son just bursting with questions, because it was so fun!! I use to teach preschool for five years, so a fun new children’s book is always a joy for me to share with the boys before rest time. Add these to your summer reading lists! Thank you @netgalley for these advance copies.

This book is adorable! The bright colors, rainbows, and beautifully illustrated child are wonderful. I can see how a book like this could be fantastic for a young child with sensory challenges to help them connect words with actions. A book like this would be fantastic in helping them with communication in a happy positive way. :)

Absolutely love this book! It's a great resource for caregivers to learn how to help their children feel more comfortable and seen! The author does a fantastic job with the simple sentence structure and the section that is for caregivers for their own further knowledge is wonderfully written!
