Striker by David Skuy
Striker, by David Skuy portrays a young student diagnosed with a tumor in his leg that needs treatment but will take him out of the game. The book shares Cody's struggle with dealing with the sadness of being diagnosed with cancer, having surgery, and healing. It is realistically depicted and teaches the readers how to overcome a severe medical struggle and friendship.
I highly recommend this book.
