A quick read and I did enjoy reading it. A friend to lovers story is always fun.

Sierra is a successful chef and Hayden is ex-special forces, now working in security. They have regular meetups as friends until Sierra is threatened - that changes everything.

I do wish 22-year-olds weren't virgins though, how realistic is that all through high school and college and not one sexual encounter, even just one disastrous one to make it more real. Other than that one bugbear an enjoyable quick read.

DNF - I wanted to review this novel since it peaked my interest and I like Katie Reus but was not able to before access was removed from my account. I tried to get a copy of the box set but it was no longer available. I apologize for not providing a review as was expected.
