Wow! This is my second book by this author and it did not disappoint. I did not see the twists and turns coming. I also enjoyed the plot line as it was different than most books I’ve read

I LOVED the girl in the mirror and was SO EXCITED when I seen Rose Carlyle had yet another thriller to request! I REQUESTED ASAP and squealed when I was grated a copy of this book.... It did NOT disappoint. A very complex, page turning novel! Eve is a well rounded character. The plot is seamless and just keeps giving! 4.5 stars!

"No One Will Know" captivated me with its intriguing plotline. The novel, though slightly convoluted at times, managed to maintain a sense of believability. The protagonist, Eve Sylvester, finds herself in a precarious situation as she navigates the challenges of being alone and pregnant. Taking a leap of faith, she ventures to a secluded island, accompanied by unfamiliar faces, all while keeping her plans a secret. Perhaps attributed to her youthful innocence, Eve's decision may seem questionable to some. However, as the story unfolds, unexpected twists and turns keep readers engaged. In the end, "No One Will Know" succeeds in delivering a captivating suspense, deserving of a commendable four-star rating.
Thank you to Net Galley and William Morrow Books for the ARC to read and review.

Poor Eve. She seems to be on the verge of the perfect life when everything goes wrong. Then, once again, she seems on the verge... No One Will Know is full of twists and turns. Just when you think you know what will happen, everything flips. Take a chance and follow Eve's journey... you won't regret it!

No One Will Know, by Rose Carlyle, is a deliciously twisty thriller I couldn't put down! This is my second book by the author (I loved The Girl in the Mirror!) and I can assure you- there is no "sophomore slump" here. It's hard to summarize without giving anything away, but if you love female-driven suspense novels that could be described as motherhood noir, read this! You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!!!

No One Will Know by Rose Carlyle
Well if your looking for a twisted beyond twists book, this is it.
After Eves boyfriend is killed in a car accident she is not only left alone, penniless and homeless but also pregnant. When an offer of a nanny job for a very rich and private couple expecting their own child miraculously becomes available, Eve thinks it sounds to good to be true. She might be right. Chris and Julia Hygate have their own agenda and it’s definitely not in Eves favor no matter how they try to paint it.
This was a good read. It had lots of twists and turns and I didn’t see the ending coming.

What a strange book! I always find books with present tense first person narration to have an odd vibe, so adding that onto the absolutely bizarre plot of the book made for quite a strange reading experience overall. It was definitely engaging--I read it in just a few days. I even enthralled my friends over brunch by describing the plot--they kept asking "And then what happens??" I felt the clues were placed nicely throughout the first half of the book to lead up to the Big Twist towards the end of the book. I found the epilogue to be a bit anticlimactic--by that point, I was over the "whose is whose?" questions and would have liked some other final surprise.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this. I wasn’t sure if it was just going to be a typical rich family steals baby from poor girl and pays her to keep quiet and let me tell you, it definitely was not.
This story was far more complex than that and I flew through it. I can’t sum much of it up without spoiling parts of the story but this is definitely worth the read.
I really enjoyed the author’s style of writing as well as the story itself.

I absolutely loved The Girl in the Mirror by this author so when I saw this was up for being a request I needed it immediately and actually yelped when I got approved! The author’s writing is so easy to read and follow along. The plot was interesting as well. I was not disappointed. I loved this.

When I first started this book, I had to do a double take and reread the summary of it because at first I thought I was reading the wrong book. But once I got into it, it made more sense. The first part of the book is a bit slow but it definitely picks up. It kept me interested until the end.
The one thing that bothered me was the dialogue between the characters. It seemed like conversation between awkward teenagers instead of adults. Other than that I enjoyed the book and the ending…I did not see that coming. I’m still thinking about that ending, it was fabulous!
This is my first book by this author and thanks to Netgalley for getting an advanced copy in exchange for a review.

Love! This one had all the right thriller elements. I loved the pace and how out there the story was. The right amount of suspense and the characters are great.

I’m torn here. There are pieces of this story that are good. However, it’s a *very* slow burn and just didn’t grab my attention until almost the very end. It’s partly….well, mostly because the main character, Eve, is such an idiot. I don’t like to be mean, but I feel like if she had an ounce of sense, she would have left the very first day! I understand that she didn’t have any family or prospects, but I think she should have been able to sense the high level of danger, *especially* since there are allusions to her intelligence throughout. Okay, so USE that intelligence and get the H out of there! So many bafflingly stupid decisions were made. I might try another book by this author, but I have to rate this one a 3, and in my mind, that’s not a great rating.
I received an eARC from NetGalley and William Morrow (thank you!) in exchange for my honest opinion.

One sentence summary: A young pregnant woman with no family finds herself ensnared in a wealthy couple’s trap.

I usually love this type of story. Eve’s alone in the world. She’s desperate. She makes a deal with the devil without realizing things aren’t what they seem..
•
After a strong start, the plot totally went off the rails. The story seemed to meander along as if there was no plan for how it would wrap up. I thought the pacing was off, the dialogue was clunky, and the main character made one dumb decision after another. By the end, it was so far fetched and ridiculous that I was in a permanent eye roll.

It just wasn’t for me, but I appreciate the chance to read and review early! Thanks NetGalley and William Morrow for the opportunity.

This was so good. I really enjoyed reading it and didn’t want to put it down. Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read this ARC!

I flew through this book and was surprised at every turn. I wasn't a huge fan of how naive the main character was and she put herself in some wild situations. However, when you find yourself completely alone, homeless, broke, and pregnant.. I'd imagine there isn't much you wouldn't do.
This had everything I want in a book and kept me wanting more. Highly recommend.

No One Will Know was a fast-paced book and very captivating, making you want to continue reading to find out what on earth is going on. While I did enjoy the experience, some of the story line did not feel complete to me. Characters you meet at the beginning have incomplete stories, you feel as though it will come back up later but it just doesn't. Other parts of the story just feel disconnected and far-fetched. I kept reading thinking "it will all make sense in the end" and it just didn't come together like that for me. That being said, I did love the style of writing and at no point did I think that I didn't want to see the story through to the end. I would read other stories by this author.

📖📖 Book Review 📖📖 When Eve’s life turns into absolute tragedy after losing the father of her unborn child in an accident, she is viewed as a schemer by his family and quietly disappears. In a shocking turn of events and perhaps luck, she is offered a nanny position with no experience for a wealthy couple, it all seems too good to be true. No One Will Know is a gripping read from the very first page. Rose Carlyle is an amazing writer who balances amazing plot development with characters that absolutely pop off the pages. Eve is a beautifully written character, a rolling stone that has gathered no moss but so endearing that the reader connects with her. While the writing is seamless and the plot moves so quickly in the most alluring manner, the twists and turns just keep coming! I absolutely had idea who to trust or where the story was going; all I did know is that I did not want to put this one down!
4.5/⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They’re the perfect couple. They have the perfect plan. All they need is the perfect victim. Julia and Christopher Hygate have the picture-perfect life: gobs of money thanks to their lucrative shipping enterprise, an estate on a secluded island, and a baby on the way. When they meet Eve Sylvester, they know she is the exact person they should hire to be their son’s nanny. Eve doesn’t have any living relatives, she’s lost touch with her friends, and her partner is out of the picture. Best of all, she’s also expecting a child! Great read! A bit chilling at times with some crazy twists and turns! The storyline was very interesting and had me glued to my kindle! I highly recommend reading this book! I thoroughly enjoyed reading this one! Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for sharing this book with me!

I really enjoyed "No One Will Know" by Rose Carlyle. This is her sophomore novel and it is just as good as her debut novel. Keep me hooked.

This was absolutely amazing, I could not put it down.
There’s not much I can say about the plot without giving away spoilers, so I will just say a woman is hired to be a nanny for a wealthy family, but nothing is what it seems.
Something about this author’s writing style pulled me in from the 1st page. I really enjoyed the whole story. There was a lot going on. A lot of mystery, heartbreak, and violence.
I enjoyed the ending a lot. It was action packed. Highly recommend. I will definitely read more of this author’s books.
