The books were slow, i didn't feel the chemistry between the main characters.
I gave up on Book 2 of the series

I love a series that's based on family, The Deadly Series is all this to perfection with the family of Kinncaid brothers.

Strong writing, sweet romance, with suspense running throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed this boxed set.

I very much enjoyed the books in this series, and it was nice to have all five in one "boxed set" (albeit a digital boxed set!). I will say that reading them all fairly close together, there were times that the books felt a bit repetitive towards the end, and the final book did feel a bit repetitive in itself. But it was also interesting to watch the family dynamics of the Kinncaid brothers among themselves and with their parents throughout the books - even though it also felt a bit like it would be taking one's life into one's hands to fall in love with a Kinncaid. ;) Overall these were enjoyable romantic suspense novels, and I look forward to reading the novella that takes us back to when the Kinncaid parents met and how it all started.
