ECOMING JOSEPHINE is a riveting look at the extraordinary life of Josephine Bonaparte. I learned so much from reading this novel, not only about Josephine's life, but about slave uprisings in Martinique (Josephine's childhood home), the years surrounding the French Revolution, and Napoleon's family--all while getting swept up in a beautiful, engrossing story! Highly recommended for history lovers or just anyone who loves a good story. I look forward to the next novel from this author.
