Enjoyed this dual timeline book especially how the social history has changed - imagine having to give your job up if you got married. A book full of secrets, family relationships and a beautiful garden.

Having just devoured the butterfly garden in 3 sittings I can honestly say that I loved it. Each of the timelines was intriguing and the characters well developed and appealing. I may have guessed the ending and it was perhaps a little convenient but this didn’t spoil my enjoyment in any way. Now off to find some more Rachel Burton books to explore. Many thanks to Netgalley and Boldwood books for the chance to read and enjoy this book.
