One-Hour Cheese is a delightful and practical guide that brings the joy of cheesemaking to your kitchen in under an hour! Claudia Lucero, a talented cheesemaker, takes the mystery out of creating fresh, homemade cheeses with simple, step-by-step instructions and full-color photos for every stage of the process. Whether you're making ricotta, mozzarella, chèvre, paneer, or even burrata, Lucero's approach is accessible and easy to follow, making it perfect for beginners.

What sets this book apart is not just the ease of making the cheeses, but the added bonus of delicious recipes to complement your creations. Lucero provides tasty ideas like No-Bake Cheese Tartlets, which are topped with fresh blueberries, and Squeaky “Pasta” Primavera, where cheese curds stand in for pasta, offering fun and creative ways to enjoy your homemade cheeses.

Lucero also takes time to explain the basics of cheesemaking, including milk choices, rennet, and natural flavoring, making this book a comprehensive and friendly introduction to cheesemaking. A good guide to quick cheese making -easily explained and generally accessible . Some ingredients are not easy to obtain but a good start for a novice and experienced cheesemaker. Steps are easy to follow and having made three of the cheeses they were a success.
