This was a cute read. I've always loved the Christmas Not h setting. I think this one hit a little heavier than the other two books but still an enjoyable read.

If you want a holiday romance but with extremely saucy characters and some serious angst, A Jingle Bell Mingle is perfect! I loved that there was still a plot and character development while being very heavy on the spice at the same time. It was a pretty light read for me and I found myself cackling at the banter between Sunny and Isaac, as well as the rest of the supporting cast! There are real life struggles in this story and I think it was done in a really cute way, but felt respectful of their experiences as well. Sierra Simone has recently become a favorite of mine and this story was no different! Another home run!

This was an entertaining, well-written book. It was fun, wild, steamy, fast-paced and I didn't want to put it down. I enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more books by these authors.

This story had all the makings of a cute, raunchy, fun hallmark'esque romance, but I thought that it seemed a bit all over the place at times. I loved the base story of Isaac and Sunny searching for clues to solve the Christmas mystery, but there was a lot of extra detail that I didn't feel added to the story. Overall, it was cute and had some really fun moments.

this book was a lot spicier than I anticipated. I thought with the fact that our main characters was an adult film actress there would be some spice. but I was a little shocked when within the first 50 pages there was talk about two characters connecting because they’d tasted the same scrotum or that the main character had to masturbate because he smelled the other main character’s shampoo. it just wasn’t for me.

however, I know this type of book *IS* for a lot of people so I am going to share it with my followers because many of them enjoy this type of story. I’m just more of a closed door kind of girl.

I have been an absolute fan of this series. From the beginning to the end or had been a bit raunchy, a whole lot hot, and a twist of whimsical. Issac and Sunny's story is as much as grief and growth as it is of romance. It brings hope and beauty to the raw truth that life is messy, we get choose our story and our happiness.

This has been such a fun holiday trilogy! The writing duo of Julie Murphy and Sierra Simone is perfect. They blend humor, romance and steam perfectly while also keeping that Christmas magic alive. I hope they continue these fun and original holiday books for many more years to come!

While this book was not exactly the cute, holiday rom-com I was expecting it to be, it was still a well written story. If you’re into sexual fluidity, threesomes, and open relationships , this would be a great fit. It is the third book in the series and can be read as a standalone but, keep in mind when reading that some previous characters and stories overlap. This was very steamy and I did love the character development and the relationship between the two main characters, Sunny and Isaac. I liked the main character being a bit older and wiser. Both having a past and even a questionable line of work,, it made for a definite epic story. Plus, I really loved the holiday aspect of it.

Thank you Net Galley and publishers for allowing me to read this Arc. Coming from the other two books I did not know how I felt about the story of line of these characters. But I fell in love with Christmas Notch again. Definitely a cute and steamy read!

We finally get Isaac's story in this 3rd book, and I think he and Sunny were a perfect pair. He was so broody, and she was so chaotic and impulsive. Loved to see how they balanced each other out. The spicy scenes didn't hurt either. I also enjoyed revisiting some favorite characters in Christmas Notch as well. Fun holiday story!

I was set on giving this book 3 stars. It started too busy, focusing on too many people. I even stopped reading for a while. But then it concentrated on Sunny and Isaac, and I started getting into it, especially with how steammy it was. THAT will keep you entertained. Based on their background, you would think that the only problem or difficult one would be Isaac. But no, Sunny is so scared of being abandoned that she sabotages herself every step of the way. She is only half living. But he has his issues, too. When they are together, though, it's charming. The book starts to feel like a Christmas movie with a miracle included. I could have done without all the extras, but It’s not an impediment. I'm glad I gave it another chance. I enjoyed it.

A Jingle Bell Mingle by Sierra Simon and Julie Murphy
Rating: 4.5 stars
Steam: 4 chilis

Thank you so much to Netgalley and Avon for my advanced copy!

A Jingle Bell Mingle is the final book in the Christmas Notch series, and I’m sad to see it end! The story starts when Sunny, a part-time adult film actress and aspiring screenwriter, ends up stuck in Christmas Notch, Vermont, trying to write her first movie. She’s researching a local Christmas legend and ends up living in a giant mansion with Isaac, a grumpy ex-boy band heartthrob, and her slightly unhinged cat.

I love Sunny and Isaac together! Their chemistry is instant, and they both have their reasons for trying to keep things casual. But no matter how hard they try, their connection keeps getting stronger. The romance feels natural and sweet, with plenty of steamy moments and some hilarious situations (thanks, in part, to Sunny’s cat).

What I really loved was how the story balanced humor with deeper emotions. You’ve got Isaac helping Sunny with her script research, their fun hunt for creative inspiration, and a heartwarming local Christmas legend that gives the book this magical holiday vibe. It’s festive, romantic, and has just enough drama to keep you hooked.

Simone and Murphy show how different people handle grief in such a unique, emotional way. I loved Isaac’s dedication to his late wife and the eventual realization that it’s okay to get a second chance at love and life. I think this will be healing for many people who have gone through something similar.

You'll love this one if you're looking for a holiday romance that mixes humor, heat, and a sprinkle of Christmas magic!

Definitely my favorite book of the series by far. I love a sad boy, a curvy girl with ADHD, found family, grief, love, so much spice, and even tears.

Issac and Sunny are the bisexual horn dogs I need in my life. I just loved them. I loved their journey from one night stand, to roommates with benefits, to more.

There were definitely moments I was struggling to keep the tears in my eyes for this one. It was all parts hilarious and sweet and sad and horny.

Julie and Sierra have not disappointed me yet!

I have loved Christmas Notch since book 1. A Jingle Bell Mingle gets you into the holiday spirit with all the coziness goodness. I was laughing out loud and holding my hand to my chest at those teary moments that just get you right in the feels. This is everything sweet and spicy that just hits. It was a fun read that will get better because I will be rereading with the audio! Sunny and Isaac are opposites attract that keeps on giving and seeing them going back to each other for that comfort that they need made me love them even more.

No matter the time of year this book will get you ready with that holiday spirit and spice. Sad for this to be the end of the series because I loved it.

Welcome back to Christmas Notch for the story of the last member of our boy band trio. I was introduced to these characters in A Merry Little Meet Cute, and I have not missed any of the spicy adventures since. This book brought together Sunny and Isaac. What started as a one night stand, turned into friends with benefit, grumpy vs sunshine, close proximity story. Sunny and Isaac do not skim on the spice, and they also give us a great story about dealing with grief and moving on. Oh, and of course, there are plenty of laughs and ridiculous side characters to help along the way.

Welcome back to Christmas Notch, where Sierra Simone and Julie Murphy join forces to pull of the greatest Christmas miracle of all: making me believe there is an ethical adult film producer out there surrounded by the sweetest, most supportive found family of all.

This boy pairs "Sad Boy" Isaac with Sunny (can you guess who's the sunshine and who's the grump?). They're both dealing with past grief and stymied by current creative blocks. After they hook up at their best friends' wedding, they decide to spend the holiday season with each other as roommates. But close proximity does what it does, and they find it incredibly difficult to keep their hands off of each other.

Most of the book is spent researching a local legend that Sunny is basing a made-for-streaming Christmas movie on. Yes, there's a B plot about Sunny finding Isaac's muse for him, but it's pretty obvious that they're only into each other. So ... not a lot happens, plot-wise, in the book. It's mostly about Isaac overcoming his grief so he can feel ready to be in a relationship again: pretty much an internal plot rather than an external driving story.

That said, there's an incredibly charming backdrop in Christmas Notch, Simone and Murphy really know how to lean in on the Christmas tropes, and the peppermint spice is scorching. If you read the first two books in this trilogy, you won't want to miss the final entry in the series.

This objective review is based on a complimentary copy of the novel.

A quick spicy holiday read. I liked the chemistry between Sunny and Isaac the “sad boy.” He’s a widowed former boy band member who hasn’t written a song since his wife died. She’s an adult film star who is writing a screenplay. They bond over their past trauma and grief while finding happiness together. They both have a lot of personal growth throughout the story and find the inspiration they were looking for. So it’s a little heavy at times mixed with light hearted humor and lots of spicy scenes. Not your traditional rom com. And Mr. Tumnus 🐈‍⬛ stole the show. It was a little all over the place at times so it wasn’t holding my interest the whole time.

Great fun and spicy read. I loved the setting and Mr. Tumnas, the cat! Perfect read for the holiday season.

A Jingle Bell Mingle is the third book in the Christmas Notch series. I didn’t read the first two books and I wish I would have prior to reading this book.

Initially, I was really overwhelmed with all the characters and trying to pick up on backstories but after the initial scene (a wedding) there is a lot less side character involvement so it’s less overwhelming. After that, I was quickly hooked.

This book has spice, I’m talking full hookup before 10%! I liked the bisexual inclusions (both main characters) without it being a big focus.

Isaac is an ex-boy band heartthrob who lost his wife 5 years ago and has shut down since then. Sunny is a previous part time pornstar turned accidental screenwriter. They find themselves together in Christmas Notch at a friend’s wedding and then due to an unsafe hotel wind up being roommates (with benefits) who can hopefully help each other with writers block.

Both main characters are dealing with grief and complicated childhoods. Isaac dealt with grief by shutting himself off from other people and embracing the pain while Sunny has been dealing with grief by living life to the fullest and not settling down so she cannot disappoint or lose anything else.
