Olga (at the time of this book) is 91 years old and a track and field champion. The author — one of many who went to her home to interview her — dives deep in each chapter to figure out why Olga is not only still living but excelling in sport.

We learn about the science of aging as Olga is subjected to different tests and through the author’s research. He also explores how personality, religion/faith, habits, and more can contribute to living a longer life.

Olga’s own 9 rules for living at the end are simple but enlightening. I want to be like Olga.

Thank you NetGalley for this book in exchange for my honest review.
