The finest Robert Dugoni ever. Although I would highly recommend starting with the first book in the series, this can be read independently as well. Frank and Keera make such wonderful characters, and the mystery is compelling and well-paced. Excellent story.

This book was another enjoyable read from the author. A mystery masterpiece. However, I thought I had the murderer figured out midway through the book. I kept reading waiting for the twists and turns which proved me wrong. That never did happen. Although the mystery was easily determined, the book was a fun read.

"Beyond Reasonable Doubt" is a riveting legal thriller that will keep you guessing until the very end. Robert Dugoni masterfully weaves a tale of childhood friendships, buried secrets, and the complexities of the legal system. Keera Duggan, a brilliant attorney with a troubled past, takes on the defense of a childhood friend accused of murder, testing the limits of loyalty and trust. Dugoni's knack for crafting compelling characters and intricate plots shines through, making this a must-read for fans of legal mysteries and suspenseful thrillers.

A new case for Keera Dugan where her client is a childhood friend accused of murder.
I have been absolutely absorbed through this page turner. This new installment like the previous one, has it all, an intriguing police case, a gripping trial and a riveting family drama. I felt totally invested in both the plot and the characters.
Keera is an attention-grabbing character, strong and determined. Patsy and the rest of the family create a very interesting family dynamic that gets you hooked. Of course the whole police procedural part has you making assumptions and the trial keeps you on the edge of your seat.
Dugoni is one of those authors who always delivers and with this second book in the series he has left me, once again, wanting more.

Another excellent story told by a great writer. With friendships in question and lots of twist added to this murder mystery, the reader is kept guessing. Second book in the series, and you have to hope for many more.

Dugoni at his best. I'd strongly suggest reading the first in the series first, but this goes read fine on its own. Keera and Frank are such great characters and the mystery well paced and intriguing. Excellent story.
