Another winner from Tricia! I have loved every book in this series, and Wild Scottish Beauty was no exception; in fact, it may be my favorite from the series.

I loved the dynamic between Willow and Ramsay, and the way that their relationship progressed so naturally. I am such a sucker for a brother's best friend trope and this absolutely delivered on that front. There were also the elements of workplace romance and grumpy/sunshine, which are some of my favorite tropes. Willow was truly a ray of sunshine in grumpy Ramsay's world, and they balanced each other out well.

I really enjoyed the appearance of our beloved characters from the other books, and seeing them in their own HEAs. As with the previous books, the "animal sidekick" was such a fun addition to the story, as well as our lovely Clyde the Ghost Coo.

As always, our performances by Will Watt and Amy Landon were outstanding! They have truly brought Tricia's whole series to the next level with their narration.

Magical, Sexy, Funny, and a whole lot of other words to describe happiness is the best way to describe this book and the entire series!

Another hit from Tricia O'Malley. Love the magical romance of this Scotland based rom com.

A chance job offer in Scotland gives Willow Barlowe an excuse to escape the predictable life her overly controlling brother, Miles, wants for her. Excited to start fresh as a fashion intern for the local kiltmaker, Willow lands in small town Loren Brae brimming with sunshine and hope. Until she discovers that her new boss is none other than Ramsay McMillan, her brother’s best friend, and the grumpiest man this side of the Atlantic. Never mind the ghost Highland coo that haunts the castle, nor the supposedly bewitched waters of Loch Mirren, Willow refuses to work under Ramsay’s watchful eyes, certain he’s reporting back to her brother.

Ramsay Kilts is home to one of the last remaining traditional kiltmakers in Scotland, Ramsay McMillan. Loyalty, continuity, and tradition are important to Ramsay–as is his privacy. After a family betrayal, Ramsay keeps his walls up, running a veritable kilt empire with as minimum fuss as he can. Enter Willow Barlowe–his new intern, good friend’s little sister, and a veritable thorn in his side. If the thorn is made of sunshine and sparkles that is.

Hmm.. some mixed feelings on this one. I loved the accent of the narrator and felt like it truly transported you to Scotland which was so appreciated. I didn’t read too much of the synopsis of this one, but figured ‘what’s not to like about a Scottish romance?!”

This one checked off the boxes, it had some spice, some swoon, backstory, family and found family, and also a little bit of magic. It just didn’t spark much of a reaction from me while I was reading, I didn’t feel that invested in the characters. The MMC, Ramsey, is gruff and grim but also sexy and swoony. Our FMC, Willow, is slightly insecure but also oozes confidence.

Willow and Ramsey fit so well into this magical corner of Scotland that Tricia has created. I loved seeing how all of their fashion and business ideas came together, how their romance blossomed and how Willow seemingly found her place in the world. Despite not being too connected with the characters, it all came together naturally and their story was still adorable

Thank you Netgalley and Dreamscape Select for this audiobook approval.

Story: 4 ⭐
Spice: 1.5🌶 (It was descriptive but also had closed door moments)

This was such a fun read/listen. The narrators were so diverse with their narrations. Will Watt had an deep heavy Scottish accent. At times I just forgot I was suppose to be listening to the story and not just his voice. Oops. Amy Landon was amazing, she had the perfect voice for Willow. All sunshine and happiness.

This book was giggle and lay on the bed kicking your feet type of read. The dynamic between Willow and Ramsey was amazing. He was trying his hardest to keep his distance from his best friends sister, while she was trying to stay away since he was her boss.

It's the old saying, you want, what you can't have. They gave in and it was so cute!!!

I don't know how the author does it, but this series just keeps getting better and better! My only complaint is that I devour the audiobook too fast and then am left waiting for the next book to be written, published and recorded! The author weaves a wonderful plot to keep you engaged in the activities of the characters, but she truly shines with the compelling characters that she creates and makes us fall in love with them! The stories are humorous while also sliding serious issues into the dialogue such as body positivity. She creates strong, determined, intelligent and capable women characters as well as dashing supportive, sometimes erring on the side of demanding and dominant men, but oh boy, what I wouldn't give to be able to actually sit in the pub and see them strutting around in their kilts! Pardon me, while I wipe the drool off my chin! The narrator of the audiobooks really brings each character to life including the animals! The narration truly brings the story to life so you feel like you are living the story not reading it! The whimsy of the stories keeps them light-hearted while the action gets your heart pumping! I feel a bit like a fan girl gushing on and on, but seriously grab book one and get started as you are missing out until you do! Although, I have to reiterate that the audiobooks are outstanding so I'd put it on you must listen list instead!

This is the BEST series! It's a great weekend get-away to the Scottish Highlands. And Kilts. Did I say kilts? The banter was wonderful, I want a haunted coo and would love to visit this world. Can't wait for the next in the series!

Romance novel with a twist. A mixture of real characters, mixed with the imaginative. Magical powers and a ghost, among other things! It's a unique mix!

I have not read the other books in the series. It stands alone well. The narration was excellent. I love that an actual Scot narrates the Scottish character.

Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC.

I was not the biggest fan of the female narrator as I found her whinny and it made me not enjoy the storyline/character as much. I also felt like her voice didn't fit the character, as I pictured a younger voice. The male narrator had a strong accent but once I was used to it, I had no trouble following along. His voice and tone and gruffness was exactly what I pictured for the voice. Both did a great job at creating differences in their voice when talking about another character. I can't fully speak to the flow of the book as I had to speed it up due to the voice of the woman.

The story was fun and quirky with a bit of spice and magic. I had fun reading this cozy romance. I love that these can be standalone as they seem to be leading into one big story. I read this before reading any of the others in the series and never felt lost. There is spicy scenes--a few and whew did some of it get spicy--those were great! It was a love story, with strong women characters, and magic! The magic was a bit of fun for a cozy romance and I love all the perfect ties to Scotland & it's history/culture.

I really believe I would have enjoyed this book more had I read the physical copy versus the audiobook. I would definitely recommend this book and now the series to anyone looking for a cozy romance with a bit of spice, some paranormal/magical content, and Scottish culture.

Thank you NetGalley, Dreamscape Select, and Tricia O'Malley for this advanced copy of the audiobook.
