Bowen Penhallow has been searching for an item for years to help save his friend Declan. He hires Tamsyn to help him acquire dangerous magical items for him and the two start to develop a kinship. While Bowen is with his family to celebrate Yule, Tamsyn decides she is going to do one more job acquiring the Y Serene- with the prize money being 1 million dollars. Only problem? Bowen shows up to the same wedding and sparks fly when they are thrust back in time and must figure out why they got sent there, and how to get home.
This book was a cute ending to the romances of the Penhallow brothers. The plot was fun and the romance was hot. My only problem was that the solution at the end felt rushed? And that we never really got clear answers to how Emerald and Declan were saved.

I was pleasantly surprised with this book! I've read the first two books in the series and while they were cute, they weren't anything to write home about. This book, however, was amazing! I am a sucker for a grumpy vs sunshine romance and I loved the magical realism elements to this story, especially the time travel. I also loved Tamsyn's spunky personality and thought she was the perfect match and balance for Bowen. In my opinion, this was the best book in the series and I'm glad I was able to end the series on a positive note!

I have read the others in the series and honestly this was my least favorite. It started off with Christmas but I had expected a fall/Halloween vibe. The writing was good, but it did not keep me as engaged as I thought. I did not expect time traveling to be the focus of the book. Overall, if you like the others in the series definitely read this one.

Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for a copy to honestly review.

Bowen enjoys his solitude in Wales studying and collecting ancient magical artifacts. When Bowen asks one of his best dealers to work specifically only for him he does not expect sassy and spunky American Tamsyn. After one Christmas kiss they decide to keep things strictly professional. The following Christmas Bowen decides to attend a wedding at Tywyll House for his best best who just happens to be a ghost. The last thing he expects is to run into Tamsyn there as well, who has taken a secret job to procure an artifact at Tywyll House during the holiday break. Together the two find out how both their missions seem connected and try to solve the magical mystery of the artifact together.

This was another wonderful installment in the Graves Glen series. With a sizzling romance, the perfect eerie setting and entertaining magic you can’t go wrong with this series!

I’ve really liked this series- it’s overall really cute and quick to read. I will say I probably liked this book the least just because I really didn’t feel much connection to either of the main characters. Not necessarily bad, I think I just liked the first two books better.

Full of Yuletide cozy vibes, time travel, and all the adorable romance, The Wedding Witch was a fun read that put me in the festive spirit.

I loved seeing past characters and couples in this story, and watching them interact with their sweet and funny banter made my heart so happy! I also really enjoyed Bowen’s love story. His and Tamsyn’s chemistry was off the charts, and I loved their romance and friendship.

When I got this book, I originally didn't know that it was the third book chronologically, but the author gave enough info that I was able to read it unaffected by the fact that I haven't read the first two books. I found the FMC to be really annoying, but I was completely enchanted by the story and the MMC. I was addicted to the story and the desperate to find out the mystery. The perfect autumn read for those who like some magic with their romance.

I've read every book in this series so far (and have really enjoyed them all), but The Wedding Witch is easily the best. It feels like the author has found her stride in this paranormal romance genre. The characters in this story are really well done and their love story is completely endearing. The setting is vivid, magical, and cozy. The only hang-up I have is I'm a bit confused by the ending and how it all worked out. However, with the paranormal romance genre, I understand rules and details and clear explanations aren't exactly the point - so this story boiling down to *magic* is fine by me. I finished this book in just a couple of days and am still thinking about it. A very fun, cute, holiday read!

Bowen and Tamsyn. A dynamic duo who had me interested from the first page. Their banter, their adventures. It all just worked for me. I loved the witchy vibes mixed with Christmas vibes. I'd definitely consider this more of a holiday book, but I thought it was a great addition to the Graves Glen series. I enjoyed the secondary characters as well, as I definitely think they added layers and interest to the story. There was spice, there was magic, and there were Christmas vibes .. all of this adds up to a winning book for me.

Thank you to the author, the publisher, and NetGalley for the e-ARC to review. All opinions are my own.

Tamsyn Bligh is not a witch herself, but she does make her living off of them, procuring and selling magical items. Bowen Penhallow is a bit of a loner, preferring to study magic alone in the mountains of Wales. Bowen has been an occasional customer over the years, and each interaction has been filled with chemistry, but both know better than to get involved with someone they do business with - until they both end up at the same witchy wedding. Her, to acquire a special piece for a mysterious customer, and him, as a favor to his ghostly best friend. But a wedding mishap and a powerful spell have them suddenly transported to the Yuletide celebration of almost seventy years past.

This is the third installment in The Ex Hex series written by Erin Sterling, who you may know better as Rachel Hawkins, popular thriller author! As Sterling, she’s written a trio of witchy stories that have overlapping characters but can technically be read as standalones, but I highly recommend all three! (The first two were featured in my Halloween reading guide 😉)

I love that we get perspective from the female and male main characters, they’re perfect reads for this time of year, but also have fun and interesting plots and the perfect amount of spice. While the first two take place around Halloween, this one has more Christmas/yuletide vibes so could also be enjoyed later in the year if you want to prolong spooky season.

This series has always been super fun and I loved the first two books so much. This third installment I absolutely adored the most. This story was so much fun and I loved the mystery and time travel. All of the characters in this one were super fun and I enjoyed how all connected they are whether in the present or in the past. I rather enjoyed the fact that this one was more of a Christmas time story. I thought it was fun to see the Yule traditions that the families took part in. All in all I definitely think this one was my favorite of the three and I loved the ending!

Thank you to Avon and Netgalley for this ARC!

I have loved every second of this witchy world since Ex Hex and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this one after The Kiss Curse!

I was even more excited to know it was Christmas themed! It got me right in the spirit! I have to say I was bummed at first because I wasn’t sure how this story would mesh into the previous ones but once I did see the connection, I couldn’t put it down! I also loved the ending, and that’s all I’ll say so I don’t give anything away!

I really hope there is more coming!

Thank you again for the ARC!

It honestly broke my heart a little to give this book 3 stars after rating the first two books 5 stars. I just didn't enjoy this one as much. I think part of my disenjoyment with his book was it wasn't a female witch this time. Don't get me wrong, I still loved both characters but not as much as I did Vivienne and Gwyn. The big drama in the book was very unique and enjoyable though!

Many thanks to Avon & Harper Voyage for the gifted copy for my honest review!

This was hands down my fave book of the series. I loved the setting and the grumpy/sunshine vibes were perfection. The banter was fun and the time travel aspect was super unique to the story. I was very entertained throughout! This was festive, cute, and spicy - perfect read for the season.

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for allowing me to be an early reader. All thoughts are my own!

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for this ARC.

I was so excited for the third installment in this series! I loved that this one had a spooky and festive vibe with the witchy happenings going on at Christmas!

While I enjoyed the vibes of this book, I thought it was too quick, and I thought the relationship was underdeveloped. I did love Bowen and Tamsyn, but overall just a middle of the road read to me.

Read if you like:
- grumpy x sunshine
- one bed trope
- boss x employee
- time travel

Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for this eARC!

I really enjoyed the first two books in this series so I was excited to read this one!

It was really different than the first two, not at all what I expected, but still pretty cool! I like the time travel aspect!

Also, I absolutely fell in love with Emerald. I love her character so much!

The end was really sweet and made my heart happy.

This was a very cute, and very October appropriate read. However, I don’t think I cared for this as much as the other two books in the series. For one, it felt way too short and kind of rushed.

But that being said, I really liked that we could see the email and text interactions between the MC’s. Although I would have liked to see an extended epilogue.

The Wedding Witch is the third installment in Erin Sterling’s witchy romcom series, The Ex Hex. This time around the story is set during the Winter Solstice and follows the broody Bowen Penhallow, a reclusive witch who prefers to keep to himself, studying dark and ancient magic on a mountaintop in Wales.

Even though he’s a loner, Bowen still finds himself drawn to Tamsyn Bligh, a beautiful and charming young woman who makes a living procuring magical items for witches like Bowen. The two of them end up at a wedding together, one that takes place at a haunted house and where it appears that the bride does not wish to marry the groom. Drama and magical chaos ensue, which results in Bowen and Tamsyn somehow get transported back in time. Tamsyn and Bowen must work together to figure out why they were sent back in time and how they can get back to their present day.

I love a grumpy sunshine romance so Bowen and Tamsyn’s story was right up my alley. I loved their banter, found their chemistry to be very believable, and just found every aspect of this time travel romance to be so enjoyable! If you’re familiar with the series, there are also some fun cameos with characters from the earlier books.

Tamsyn isn’t a witch, but she does buy and sell magical items. Bowen is one of her occasional
Customers, and they find themselves at a Yuletide wedding together. Unfortunately, disaster strikes, and Tamsyn and Bowen find themselves transported to the year 1957. As they work to find their way back to the present, they also find themselves falling in love.

I loved that this book included the time travel element which was really interesting. I do wish there was a little bit more of a connection between Tamsyn and Bowen. Overall, this was a quick easy read, but it did feel a little rushed and under developed. I didn’t enjoy this one quite as much as the others in The Ex Hex series.

Thank you to Avon and Harper Voyager and NetGalley for the ARC.

The Wedding Witch was a fun follow up to both the Ex Hex and the Kiss Curse. While the Wedding Witch can be read on its own, I found that I had to go back and read the second book (the Kiss Curse) before completing this one.

This is a fun story about a woman out to get an artifact that will secure her financially for life. The only problem is that she already has a contract with a witch that she is quite romantically interested in. I love how Erin Sterling took a minor character in her first book and turned her around in the third book. This book has romance, mystery and time travel and is well worth the read.
