The Ex-Hex/Graves Glen series is one of my favorites to read every fall. I have been not-so-patiently waiting for this book. Thank you to NetGalley for this ARC!
The Wedding Witch was a great read that tied in the last Penhallow brother, Bowen. We get re-introduced to the magic-artifacts dealer Tamsyn, from The Ex-Hex, who is our FMC for this installment. This book is set in the Yule season, which gave a very cozy feeling. Bowen is the brother I was the most curious about and we really get to meet the werewolf brother.
This book doesn't have the fall ambience I've come to expect with this series and I would be lying if I said I didn't miss that ambiance. It also felt a bit jumpy in some parts with a pace that was a bit hard to follow. Nevertheless, this was a fun read and I'm happy that all of the Penhallow brothers got their HEA! I love this series and will definitely re-read next fall.

This is the third book in Erin Sterling's Ex Hex series, following The Ex Hex and The Kissing Curse. It is *chefs kiss* AMAZING!
In this book we meet the quirky Penhallow brother, Bowen, with his wonderful beard. *swoon*. While Bowen is spending the holidays with the large Penhallow clan in Graves Glen, Tamsyn gets lonely and looks for extra work. She helps him find special magical artifacts, but it’s revealed that he wants her to work for him and ONLY him. While looking for a certain artifact, Bowen & Tamsyn get transported back in time & figure out what needs to be changed in order to get back to the present. This book was okay but the first, and the second books had left me wanting more. I did like how there were different locations & the time travel added another special element to it. I did however wanted more spice added to this book like the first two.
Thanks to NetGalley, the author, & publisher for a copy of this eARC!!

Yet another perfectly lovely, perfectly enjoyable Hallmark movie of a book about a Penhallow brother! This is sweet and a cute a little spicy like the others but has the bonus of Halloween AND Christmas! Lol. It’s just a fun time with witchy things and just enough emotionality to make you feel things. Perfect? Definitely not but I didn’t mind one bit! My only qualm is the insta love but whatever, it was cute.

The third installment of the Graves Glen series, Sterling gives us another fun, witchy couple getting up to some magical antics. Perfect autumnal read - or save it until the holiday season!

I was so excited to be approved to read this galley. Thank you to the publisher! I so enjoyed this novel and will be purchasing a physical copy for my library.

This was just releaed October 8th. Perfect cozy read the halloween or yule season. I loved Tamsyn’s character. She was so bold and funny. Bowen is by far my favorite Penhallow. In the beginning of the book, you get to witness all three brother and partners be together and tease each other and it’s all so cute to read. I love that type of dialogue. I highly recommend reading all three books.
Thank you to NetGalley, Harper Collins Publishers, and Erin Stirling for sending me the free arc and giving my honest review.
It’s funny, it’s cute, and it’s spicy. 5 star read,

– “Magic finds a way.”
What a fun read to kick off spooky season. While set at Yule/Christmas Eve, this is the perfect cozy mystery to cuddle up with as the days get cooler. I have seen reviews that dislike Tamsyn for being bold and confident, but women why is that a bad thing? I think we can all be more like her! Bowen appears to be a gruff, grumpy man but really, he is a teddy bear with a heart of gold. He really reminded me of my dad – you just have to get to know him to love him!
I love time travel as you can’t mess anything up but still need to fix something to get back to your place in your time. Also, the chemistry from the first meeting was off the chart! The tension in this one did not drag on too long, which was a breath of fresh air compared to some romances I have read lately.
Overall, I liked the strong women characters that bring the power to their relationships. However, this one does have a deeper theme of regret and penance which I appreciated as well.
Don’t let the trilogy scare you. You can read this one as part three of the series or as a stand-alone.
I really like the first two and was so excited to be approved for the e-ARC of the third book. Thank you to NetGalley and Avon Books for an early copy in exchange for my honest review. It’s out now!

Thank you to Avon Books and NetGalley for the advance reader copy. These opinions are my own.
I have been so looking forward to this third book in the Graves Glen series. In this book, Bowen Penhallow gets his romance. And it's with an unexpected character from the previous books, Tamsyn.
I really enjoyed the beginning as the two met and then shifted to long email and text conversations. That focus on dialogue helped demonstrate both of their personalities and their interest in each other. But then it felt the book really slowed for me. I didn't find it took off again until close to the halfway point. So I would have loved some of their in-person interactions to be shorter until the magic starts.
I really enjoyed the time travel, the hints of Parent Trap, and the many characters we meet. But the ending felt again a bit off in terms of pacing. The conclusion felt a bit too perfect for the magical world that had been set up.
While I still enjoyed the book and loved the characters and banter, I wanted a bit more from this conclusion to the series.

A fantastic conclusion to the Ex Hex trilogy that sees Bowen Penhallow having to work together with Tamsyn Bligh (his magical object acquisition dealer) after a spell gone wrong sends them 50 years in the past to an old Yuletide party. Now in dire need to make sure Bowen's grandparents get married as they're supposed to, this was a fun time travel, paranormal, dual POV, steamy romance with ghosts and tons of magic. Great on audio narrated by Mary Jane Wells and a lovely read for spooky season or the holidays! Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for an early digital copy in exchange for my honest review!

DNFed this one and super sad about it. I hate the insta love trope, this one just hopped into the love story with no descriptions intro to the characters. It felt like a rough draft. Did not enjoy this at all and I’m actually bummed about it

Series Info: You could read these as interconnected standalones, but I think you would miss some of the worldbuilding. This was my favorite of the series!
Review: I read this in one sitting, with my eyes, which if you follow me closely you know is *super* rare for me. I tend to read multiple books at once and swap between them, but occasionally I find one that I just read straight through with no breaks for other stories.
I have been DYING for this book since the last one came out because Bowen was set up to be such a grumpy hermit, I just knew I would love him. And the BANTER between Bowen and Tamsyn was just *chef’s kiss*.
My favorite kinds of romances are the ones where each person is absolutely smitten with the other from the beginning, and they are each completely clueless about the other’s feelings. There also has to be some reason they can’t be together that makes sense but doesn’t make either look like a jerk. It’s the reason I tore through The Love Hypothesis and Lovelight Farms.
The witchy plot was also really fun - I loved all of the characters. It was a pretty cozy little mystery like the other books had!

The Wedding Witch is a fun, quick read that's perfect for anytime during the spooky season or the festive yuletide months. I loved this ending to the Ex Hex series, and I hope that we get more witchy rom-coms from Erin Sterling in the future. In The Wedding Witch, Bowen Penhallow and Tamsyn Bligh (who wreaks havoc in the first installment) get their story, and it's such a unique one! Bowen and Tamsyn meet at a wedding in Wales with separate missions on their minds; instead, they end up time-traveling to the 1950s and must work together to save the day. The setting, witty banter, and witchy references all add up to a delightful holiday story that is full of magic! Thanks to Netgalley, HarperCollins, and the author for the librarian preview copy.

If you’re looking for a cozy romantic read this is for you. I liked it not as much as the first two but I did enjoy it. I feel like the relationship was a little rushed there wasn’t any real build up to it. Also I felt that it was a little slow for the first half not much happened. I did really enjoy the mmc Bowen and the fmc Tamsyn their banter was fun to read. Thank you to Avon and NetGalley for the chance to read and review this arc.

Thank you netgalley for the arc of wedding witch in exchange for my honest review. The wedding witch is the third book in the series and centers on the final Penhallow brother Bowen. The Penhallows are a powerful witch family who have had their fair share of family drama. Bowen is a loner living in Wales spending much of his time trying to figure out what happened to turn his best friend into a ghost during a spell gone wrong. Bowen hires Tamsyn to acquire magical artifacts for him in his quest. They end up attending a wedding together and being sent back in time due to a spell. They must work together yo figure out how to try themselves back to the present before time runs out. They fall in love in the process which is always a nice touch. You will be rooting for this pair the whole way through. Four stars. Solid sequel.

It was a cute read and a great 3rd addition to the Ex Hex series.
Thank you to the author, publisher, and Netgalley for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

What a quick, fun read with spooky AND festive vibes. It’s swoon-worthy how grumpy, bearded, recluse Bowen falls for Tamsyn. I loved the time travel & cozy mystery meets romance. There’s humor, spice, atmospheric setting and cameos from the other Penhallow brothers. If I had to rank them, I’m pretty sure this is my favorite of the three books! It’s perfect for fall or Christmas season if you’re a mood/seasonal reader.

This one missed the mark for me. I loved the first two in the series but even now I am unsure of what the point was with this one. Like they went back in time to make sure they went back in time? It was one giant paradox that made no sense. The romance felt very rushed, there was no build up to it and everything just felt a little disappointing.

Yep! This is my FAVORITE in the Graves Glen Series. It was so so cute!!!
I went in blind and it was so fun.
This is about the last brother Bowen and Tamsyn. If you haven’t read the first one who won’t know who she is but she’s barely in the first one and you wouldn’t be lost anyway! She is so funny. I loved her inner monologue. The first one was so cozy. They all are! But the first, made me want to live in a small town and eat caramel apples all year long.

I was worried because I’ve only read the first in this series and not the second. This book is the “third,” but that really only means it’s about the youngest brother, and each story is only slightly involved with the others (mainly through the characters). That being said, it’s a great romance. With the magicality, the forced proximity and forbidden romance, it was highly entertaining to me.
Lastly, I went into it thinking the witchiness of it all would make for a spooky Halloween read, but the setting was around Yule time, which is winter/Christmas! Fun surprise!

This is the perfect romantic cozy read, perfect for the month of October.
I've been following along with this series from the beginning and was so happy to receive this ARC!
Thank you!
