If you are a fan of Erin Sterling's books you will love this one! It has it all--time travel, employer/employee "forbidden" love, one-bed forced proximity, magic, and time travel! I loved seeing familiar characters from her last books. I also really enjoyed the twists along the way. No spoilers, but the ending really tied things together nicely! This was one of those feel-good books that you can't put down. And it was a bit spicier than I remembered the first two being, which was nice!

Another delicious adventure with a swoon worthy Penhallow brother. The way I've loved these books, these brothers, and the vibrant women that steal their hearts is astounding. Please don't let this be the last book! I was so excited to receive an eARC for this that I told myself I would pace myself.....I read it in a day...and I have two kids under 3 and work a full time job...

Bowen is delicious. His Welsh mutterings, his devotion and deep care for those he cares for, his deceptively rough caveman exterior - there is no Penhallow brother more deserving of finding love than him. I also LOVE a redemption arc and getting that for Tamsyn was awesome. Although, to be honest I liked her character in The Ex Hex! Their whirlwind romance and banter was so entertaining and I loved how this wasn't an "enemies-to-lovers"-esque story like the previous ones. I was curious how things would end with Declan as well and this tied everything up nicely. It was a little less adventurous than the previous two books which is crazy because of the time travel, but no less entertaining. Lowri was such a lovely Jones witch tie in and I wish there was somehow more of her or at least some mentioned acknowledgment of her to Vivi and Gwyn. Again, please don't let this be the last book! Now we need something with all of them in Graves Glen - kind of like a the Scooby-Doo "Mystery Incorporated" gang.

I love a witchy rom com and I especially love Erin Sterling’s books. The Wedding Witch has a new setting and a different vibe from the first two books but I loved it! It was funny and steamy and it kept me entertained for the entire book. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because I would’ve liked more backstory for Tamsyn. I really liked her character and just wanted to know more.

I really enjoyed The Ex Hex and The Kiss Curse. Now it’s time for The Wedding Witch starring Tamsyn and Bowen!!

Bowen Penhallow is asked to attend a Yuletide wedding. Little does he know that Tamsyn, who procures magical items, has decided to take on a job that leads her to the same wedding. It’s here that they end up transported back to 1957. They must work together to figure out what needs to be done in order to get home - and there’s more than trying to get home that is at stake!

I have found the books so far in the series to be so fun and The Wedding Witch continues this trend. I love a story with a time travel element - mix in a romance and you have a recipe for an enjoyable read! I thought the moment when Bowen and Tamsyn meeting up at the wedding was really cute. I also really enjoyed the build up at the beginning - we are able to get a preview of how Tamsyn and Bowen have gotten to know each other over time, which makes their eventual meet up all the more sweeter because of the attraction that’s grown.

The eventual development of their romance feels very natural. Something I’ve also appreciated about the books in this series is that they keep pace from beginning to end. If you enjoy time travel, forced proximity, there’s only one bed, then you should check out The Wedding Witch!

The third book in the series, The Wedding Witch follows the oldest Penhallow brother, Bowen. When his friend (who happens to be a ghost) asks him to attend a Yuletide wedding, he agrees to go. At the wedding, Bowen runs into Tamsyn Bligh, a procurer and seller of magical items who 1) was supposed to be working exclusively for him and 2) he has very strong feelings for. When a magical mishap sends both Bowen and Tamsyn to the past, they must work together to find a way back to the present.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, it’s never too early to read witchy stories! Having already reading about Rhys and Wells, I was really looking forward to Bowen’s story. And it did not disappoint! The plot was interesting, all the side characters were likeable, and the chemistry between Bowen and Tamsyn was off the charts. I’m excited to see what the author writes next!

This book follows the ever so dark and fascinating Bowen Penhallow and the adventurous and independent Tamsyn Bligh. This book is a time travel, witchy dream full of steamy love and absolute stellar writing by one of the best authors of our time!
I must say, I love seeing precious couples and characters from the first two books as I read the pages of The Wedding Witch.

It felt warming to hear about "Something Wicked" and
"Penhallow" - and I mustn't forget Sir Purrcival!
Erin did a brilliant job of wrapping up previous story lines while engulfing us in a new and adventurous story of Bowen and Tamsyn.

A five-star read and a five-star book series! You must read.

Loved reading the mesmerizing and spellbinding story. When Tamsyn and Bowen end up back in time, they have to figure out what they need to do to get back to their own time. Read the highly recommended, wonderfully written, and a must read riveting romance story.

If you're looking for a cozy, romantic, witchy, atmospheric read to tide you over until the Fall/Winter seasons arrive, you'll love The Wedding Witch. You'll swoon, laugh, and overall enjoy the ghostly ride as it has all the elements you could want in the aforementioned tropes!

Erin Sterling has become an auto-read / auto-buy author for me. I absolutely love her witchy rom-com books that are so perfect for reading in the Fall or at Halloween-time but still fun and atmospheric at anytime of year. This one lived up to all my hopes & expectations and I highly recommend.

A Penhallow brother gets me again.

Seriously, these books are so swoony and I am simply in denial that this is the end of this endearing trilogy! I'm not a huge romance reader, so the witchy, modern fantasy aspect of these books is what really solidifies them as my favorites in the genre. They have the COZIEST vibes for fall and, while this is technically a Christmas (ahem, Yule, I mean) romance, the holiday isn't super relevant to the plot (which is my preference).

Now, this book has a time travel aspect that you really can't look too closely at because the implications of time travel are inherently messy, but this isn't a Sci Fi so I can't really complain! A true critique I have is the pacing, which may be attributed to some of the time-travel aspects. The plot/mystery is more intense in this book than the previous two, and for that reason I felt like our leads could've used a little more romantic development.

All that being said, though, this is still an incredibly enjoyable romantic read, and a heart-warming conclusion to this witchy trilogy. I can't wait to see what Erin Sterling does next!

This is such a great winter read. The banter between Bowen and Tamsyn is funny and s*xy. And best of all it’s a Yule time ghost story. It’s got witches and time travel and hot times. Seriously if you liked The Ex Hex and The KISS Curse, do yourself a favor and curl up with this book. Loved it (I read an ARC)

A cozy RomCom, where the main story is not wrapped up with explanation. I did not read the other two books, I don’t think it made any difference other than I didn’t know the other characters already. I’m intrigued enough to want to learn more about the others brothers / relationships though.

This book was rushed, no doubt. The romance itself felt fast, but I really did enjoy the romcom aspect of this book - the banter is cute. Friends to lovers is fun and overall I like how they are together.

The main plot however? I’m really confused still. Somehow, it’s all okay in the end, but nothing is really explained. I have no idea how it all ties together and that bothers me.

If you’re looking for a cute cozy romcom, and you’re okay without getting a full on explanation of how the main story line gets resolved then you will love this book! (how did Declan get out of his predicament? What the heck did the spell at the end do?! )

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for sending me an e-arc in exchange for an honest review. The intriguing cover and its title is what drew me to this book in the first place. I have read the previous two novels that have taken place in this same universe so I also decided to check this one out.

The beginning and the final quarter of the book were the most interesting parts. The middle did kind of drag for me and was tiring to get through. I felt like nothing really happened there except for the main characters' romance. I do love when an author takes their building up the relationship between the two characters until we see them end up together. In this book's case, the chase up to the relationship didn't keep my attention either. I couldn't feel the chemistry between these two characters and when they did finally get together, I couldn't feel it either.

The writing was like her other books, easy to read and digest. This book wasn't memorable for me and I feel like I would forget it sooner or later.

I adored this book. Like the first two books in this series, it was fun, cute, and a witchy good time. Tamsyn was really funny and her connection with Bowen was so endearing. You could see how much they liked one another and how compatible they were with how much they bantered. The chapters were easy to breeze through and the story was easy to follow without being emotionally overtaxing like some romances are becoming. I'll admit that the ending was tidied a bit too neatly for my liking and I would've liked some clearer answers that weren't just magic gonna do, what magic gonna do, but I was able to get over this. Overall, this was a great book and I will greatly miss not getting more books in this universe.

This one was such a fast read which I loved, I didn’t feel like I was reading a 350-page book instead I was reading an amazing romantic story.

I love how the book was set up, with the text and the emails between Bowen and Tamsyn. I love these two, separate and even more together. The banter between them and Don't we love a strong FMC who is a badass?

The only thing that confused me was the time travel part due to the ripple effect however this didn’t have anything. The author clarified that magic is unpredictable, which is why it happened like that… Low key the only thing that I was thinking of was the episode of ‘The Big Bang’ where Sheldon is explaining back to the future because while all this was happening that's what I got 😂

I am so sad to be saying goodbye to the series as there are no more brothers…unless we get the dad's POV love store? If not I can’t wait to see what Erin has in store next 😍.

The Wedding Witch by Erin Sterling is the third book in the Ex Hex series. It features with Bowen Penhallow, loner and academic, and non-witch Tasmyn Bligh, artifact hunter. Bowen and Tasmyn have an exclusive business arrangement where Tasmyn finds and secures artifacts that Bowen is seeking. Tasmyn and Bowen unexpectedly find themselves at the same wedding with a similar goal. But this goes sideways when a spell goes wrong and they are transported decades into the past with no clear way to return home. They need to work together to figure out what they need to accomplish so they can return to present day.

This was a fun lighthearted read for spooky season. I enjoyed the time-traveling aspect of the storyline and how it wrapped up by the end of the story. The "haunted house," multiple side characters, banter, adventure, and swoon-worthy moments made this a fun read! Readers who enjoyed the two previous books in this series will likely enjoy this one as well!

They all have the witch part, a bit of disaster that needs to be taken care of, and the two that shouldn't fall for each other but do eventually in the end. It has enough spice to keep things interesting. I love seeing characters that I've read about in other books now get their happy endings. But you don't have to have read any previous books to read this one! I will keep reading these books as long as Erin Sterling keeps writing them!
