Death By the Book was a cozy mystery. I didn't connect to the characters and found some of their actions silly, but it was an entertaining read overall and I liked trying to figure out who the "bad guy" was... it was definitely tricky and filled with twists.

The romance was fine, but I found it a little frustrating how repetitive it was about how she was not ready to marry him yet.

All in all, I liked Death By the Book, but I hope the next book in the series will be more enjoyable.
