Reviewing a copy of this for netgalley- A bit late as I have been locked out of my account ( my deepest and sincerest apologies for the late review).

They've been telling us that thinking positive thoughts matters for your overall mental health, this book is a testament to that. A short read, but nonetheless packs a punch. The book's approach to growth/new beginnings is through the use of imagery and a 3-steps approach. 1. The catalyst: an event in your life that gets you moving 2. The turning point: an in depth look at your life and honing your self-awareness, this can include acceptance of current feelings and situation and a look at potential futures. 3. The new beginning: the acceptance of growth and without the pressure of a happily ever after.

Theres a lot of anecdotes, quotes and interviews done by the author on friends, family and prominent figures on first hand account and insights on the use of imagery in everyday life. This book was definitely worth the read, and will be used a reference in the future.
