There are at least two groups of people who would surely enjoy this: Anyone who enjoys films like Big, 13 Going on 30, even Groundhog Day (or, my personal favorite, the tv show Undone) and Anyone who is also of a certain age who wonders what they would do if they had a chance to do some things over. I am both of these, and while I quite enjoyed this book, it was a lot more technical than expected and didn't have any of the humor that I enjoy in other time travel (whether mind or body) media I've enjoyed before.
