This story was everything to me. The writing was immaculate and I felt so captivated by this world and this magic system, I loved seeing Kochin's growth throughout the book, where he learned to love what he does after so much time, the way he felt towards Nicka was so beautiful I honestly can't put it into words. I was STRESSED reading this, and im so happy and content with the ending, this has become one of my favorite book series ever and I can't wait to read more by this author.

I loved the story, the world building and meeting the different characters. I felt completely immersed in the story and couldn't stop reading it.
