Tangled Up in You is the perfect retelling. @christinalauren 's experience writing fan-fiction really comes through with this one. Not only does Tangled Up In You offer its own enjoyable experience for readers unfamiliar with Disney's Tangled, the book does a tremendous amount of fan service and shows appreciation for the 2010 film that fans will quickly take notice of.

Tangled is a personal favorite. When I saw that Christina Lauren would be doing a modern retelling of this Disney gem, I knew I had to read it. The book is true to its subject matter while still able to put in a few interesting and logical twists to give it a modern feel.

I got some friends to join along in the fun, so not only were we all to enjoy reading Tangled Up In You, we also did a little book club meeting of our own using the AMAZING Book Club Kit (you can find this on the authors' page under the link for Tangled Up In You). With recipes, printable bookmarks, discussion questions, interviews with the authors, and more, this Book Club Kit made me wish I could have one for every book we read.

While Tangled Up In You is a standalone read, it is part of a larger Disney retelling series that I am about to deep dive into and bring my friends along with me. 😅 These are the perfect books to just reset with and help you relive and enjoy a Disney favorite in a whole new way.

This was a fantastic book club support kit. It includes a thoughtful interview with the author or authors, extra background information on the book, a series of thought-provoking discussion questions, delectable meeting food and drink recipes, entertaining group games and activities and even PRINTABLE BOOKMARKS HELLO!!!! A helpful list of suggested books for the club to read next is also included, with additional titles from the publisher and author. What a fantastic tool!

Great companion to the novel! The bonus content (recipes, cocktails, and craft were a welcome addition to a fun author interview. There were also well-thought out discussion questions and a fun book club this or that game.

This was another great kit. I had the chance to hear the authors talk for an hour at a book signing about this book, and this book club kit did a great job of succinctly and accurately capturing how they talked about the book, their process, how they approach writing, and their love of Tangled. I enjoyed all of the variety of aspects of this book club kit. While many book clubs may not use all elements, there was something here for everybody. I really loved the insightful questions as it's not always easy to know how to discuss a book. A huge help.

These bookclub kits are an invaluable resource for your book club! Alot goes into running a book club, especially when you want the meetings to be filled with fun games, yummy food, and good conversation. However it's easy when you have access to a book club kit like this one. There are multiple games, quizzes, printable bookmarks, and even recipes for a themed meal and mocktail/cocktail. I especially love that there is an included interview with the author and guided discussion topics for your group. This would be great if you are intimidated by starting your own bookclub and aren't sure where to start

This bookclub kit is AWESOME! It is so funny having little bits from the authors to go along with reading the book! Would definitely recommend using a book club kit like this one when reading this book! It just adds such a fun level to book clubs!

This is the best book club kit yet! I love these recipes and activities included. I’ll definitely be able to adapt these to a virtual meeting. The bookmarks are so cute and I can’t wait for my girls to get their packages in the mail.

Loved the book club kit. The layout was done well and provided everything you would need when coming together to discuss the book. I hope you all continue to do these. I enjoyed the book recommendations, and the bookmarks were super cute.
