I very much enjoyed this novel for tween boys. I liked the wholesome adventure in a Christian summer camp, the camaraderie between Brady, Stephen and their other friends, the way Zeke took care of problem situations, and the dilemma and suspense regarding Brady's mother. The trumpet was nice too.

I would not hesitate to recommend this for children - especially boys - between the ages of 8 to 15, and I'm interested in reading the other two books in the series. I hope the author will write more. This was really an excellent book for the age group. I love that there is a meaningful Christian message that is worth reading for.
