Highly recommended guide for a NetGalley newbie like myself. I found many useful tips for the best use of this platform, like ways to request books, connect with publishers, set up captivating profiles, write an appealing and constructive review, improve feedback ratio, and other useful resources. In fact, the first step I took reading this toolkit was to update my profile to express myself better.

Was very helpful in customizing my NetGalley account and how to write book reviews. This will help me a lot while using this great feature and helping to promote books that I think people will love.

The NetGalley Advocate Toolkit has been super helpful for me as a book reviewer. It’s full of useful resources like ready-made graphics and caption suggestions, which have made it so much easier to promote books I’m reading. The tips on how to write reviews and improve my NetGalley profile were also really helpful.

The only downside is that the graphics are pre-designed, so there’s not much room to personalize them. But overall, it’s been a great tool for promoting ARCs and engaging with my audience.

Very handy guide to NetGalley! It really helped me understand what I should include in my profile and the best way to layout reviews. Some of the info was pretty self explanatory but overall a helpful compilation.

Generally very informative, but quite basic. A lot of the information given is fairly self-explanatory and I feel that the bigger issues that I've faced as a Book Advocate aren't covered here, or in the support sections of the website.

I would also say that some sections (particularly the beginning) come across as quite condescending and patronising.
