But for Jilly, she fell for a man off the island and tried to build a life with him and their daughter. Sadly, her husband turned out to be a jerk and she’s back home, where she is the happiest she’s ever been. Because of her crappy luck at marriage, Jilly isn’t interested in getting involved with a man, including the one guy she never forgot…Levi. Things soon change.

GET LOST WITH YOU is part of the Rock Bottom Love series, with the first book out now called LOVE, NATURALLY. While Jilly’s brother Beckett and his girlfriend Presley from that book appear in this tale, this one can be read as standalone. The people around Jilly and Levi suspect there are feelings between those two, but it will take some pushing to get them to admit they like each other. One thing that helps is Levi’s cooking. Ollie wants to be his sous chef and both mother and daughter enjoy his food. Once they realize they like each other a lot, a few hot kisses and time alone are spent. But once again, Jilly’s bad marriage puts a barrier between them. After all, Ollie comes first. She can’t see her daughter get hurt again by bringing a man into their lives only to see him leave. Meanwhile, Levi is slowly healing his relationship with his father.

A delightfully enjoyable romance with endearing characters and sparkling dialogue, GET LOST WITH YOU is a treat to read. Don’t miss this one if you love to read contemporary romance.

Returning to the charming small town of Smile in Get Lost with You was a cozy and enjoyable experience. Sophie Sullivan once again captures the warmth of community and the appeal of the Get Lost Lodge, making this second book in the Rock Bottom series a pleasant read.

Jillian and Levi’s second-chance romance had plenty of sweet moments, but I found myself wishing for more tension and emotional stakes. Their journey felt a little too smooth, lacking the "will they/won't they" pull that can make a romance feel truly compelling. While their chemistry was undeniable, the lack of significant conflict made the story feel somewhat predictable.

That said, if you're looking for a light, stress-free romance with small-town charm and a heartwarming cast of characters, Get Lost with You is a great choice.

I thought this was such a sweet #secondchanceromance book! I loved all of the small town vibes, family elements, and nature appreciation. There was the perfect amount of spice and the cutest love story. I definitely recommend to any cozy romance lovers!

This was a cute and fun story and I enjoyed being back with this setting and group of characters. It’s a quick and easy read which is what I was looking for. I love when the MMC is a chef and this did not disappoint on that front.

This was a sweet second chance romance. The characters are easily likeable and the romance is nice. But I also felt bored reading it, like not enough feelings and intensity maybe. The relationship was easy. It’s sweet but forgettable and I think this was just not for me.

Jilly has successfully settled back home, and in enjoying raising her daughter and working in her beloved town of Smile. Jilly is doing just great, but has fallen into a routine that doesn't include any romance. So, she's thrown when her childhood friend and crush, Levi, moves back home.

Levi was a accomplished chef in Vermont, but decided he was ready to go back home to where his family and friends are. Things are a little complicated with his own family, but what isn't complicated are his very real and very strong feelings for Jilly. Falling for your best friends' little sister isn't the best plan, but Levi isn't missing his shot to b with the one that got away.

This was a sweet, cozy, low spice second-chance romance. It is the second in the series, but it can be (and was) read as a standalone. Jilly and Levi are very cute together, and the cast of characters is great...except for Levi and Jilly's parents. ****SPOILER*****: Levi forgave his father too quickly for my taste, and Jilly's parents are total dicks for letting her find out they were SELLING THE HOME SHE LIVES IN by seeing a for sale sign on the front. Like, wtf??

Anyway, this is perfect for those looking for a sweet romance set in a small town.

A delightful second chance romance. I loved the setting of Smile, Michigan. I didn’t realize this was the second book in a series, but not reading the first book didn’t seem to impact my enjoyment of this one.
When Levi returns to town, both he and Jillian feel the connection between them come to life. The community of Smile is exactly what I love about small town romance, everyone works together and looks out for each other. I enjoyed the themes of following your dreams and of coming home again. A charming read.

This is a very good story. I truly enjoyed my time within this story. I do not know why it it didn’t fully capture my heart. Maybe because I was not feeling quite up to par. This is a worthy read. Happy Reading ! !

This was a fun, quick read! With second chances, friends to lovers, and sweet little Ollie!! This was a sweet story and a good palate cleanser that I definitely needed! I really hope to read more by Sophie Sullivan! Thank you to NetGalley and to the publisher for my digital ARC!!

I really enjoyed getting lost in the small town of Smile. I loved reading Levi and Jilly’s story! They were such likable characters, you couldn’t help but root for them and their happily ever after. I love Sophie Sullivan’s writing style and her books just keep getting better and better.

They have known each other forever, Jillian used to have a teenage crush on her brother's friend, but now they agree it would be best if the stayed friends. It's for the best, right?
This small town, brother's best friend, secret pining, second chance, friends to lovers, single mom romance is book 2 in the Rock Bottom Love series. And I absolutely adored book 1, Love Naturally. This one I liked a little bit less. I feel like the chemistry between the two MCs was lacking. This book contained all of my favorite tropes, but just didn't hit. I did love that, contrary to most brother's best friend romances, the thing keeping the MCs apart had nothing to do with a brother forbidding his friend to even look at his sister. Overall, it wasn't bad, but something was definitely missing.
I received an advance review copy of this book for free and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Strong story with good characters, especially the little girl. I normally hate 3rd act break ups, but as a mom I really felt like I understood the FMC's reasoning behind it. Parts of the story felt unfinished, or not fleshed out. Especially, the storyline with her ex-husband. But I really like this world and I hope we get the last brothers story next.

Single mom and second chance romance tropes are always a favorite of mine! This book was so cute!!! I absolutely loved Jill and Levi was all of the green flags. The best!

Jill moved back home to Smile, MI with her daughter Ollie after her divorce. She helps run the Get Lost Lodge with her two brothers. When she finds out that her high school crush and her brother's friend, Levi, is back in town to help his father after a surgery she vows not to let her old feeling come back to the surface.

Too bad Levi has other ideas. He’s always had feelings for Jill but with her being the sister of his best friends, he kept his distance. Now that he's back, he can't seem to stop bumping into Jill and his feelings come back in full force.

Jill's feelings never went away but she is scared because she has been burned badly by her ex Andrew. Determined to try and make it work between them, they decide to progress slowly between the two of them and try and make the relationship work long term but when he ex comes back into the picture and the relationship with his father deteriorates, can they be there for each other or will past experiences drive them apart again?

I like how Levi was determined to not only meet Jill at her level but also to find a new purpose for himself now that he moved home. The relationship with his father was a good deterrent and glad he was able to overcome it and that they finally took the time to hash out their differences and see each other's viewpoints.

This book was a pretty straightforward second chance romance. That meant no anticipation tingles for me or big obstacles they had to overcome. They did connect pretty early in the book so there was not a lot of tension or angst but it was easy and sweet; perfect for a before bed read.

This was a second book in the series but can be read as a standalone. The characters from the first book were in this story and I'm excited to go back and read about them in the first book!

Both Jillian and Levi are back in Smile after being away for years. Jillian is back after a nasty divorce and Levi is back to be closer to his aging parents. After nursing crushes on each other for years as teens, they fall right back into dancing around each other with hearts in their eyes once again. Not wanting to lose his chance, Levi tells Jilly he'll wait for as long as he has to until she's ready for love again. When things begin to move too fast, Jilly pulls away from Levi to protect her heart (and her daughters) from getting broken again.

I am a SUCKER for second chance romance, and Get Lost with You is no exception. Levi is forward with his feelings, and we love to see it. I hate how in many romance books they dance around each other for 50 or 100 pages when if one of them had just said something they'd have lived happily ever after sooner! Levi takes what he wants, while still being super respectful and sweet. His relationship with Ollie is amazing, the fact that Jilly and Levi grew up together gives the book some complexity as well. I loved this book; the sweet romance was just what I needed to read right now.

Get Lost With You by Sophie Sullivan is book two in the Rock Bottom Love series. I really enjoyed this sweet small town romance and coming back to Smile and the Get Lost Lodge. 

Jillian and her daughter Ollie are happily back in her hometown and helping her brother run the Get Lost Lodge. When the boy she had a huge crush on in high school returns home, Jilly and Levi start to reconnect. Will she be able to trust someone again?

I loved seeing more of Jilly and Ollie after they were in the first book in the series - Love, Naturally. This was a cute second chance/brother's best friend. I liked seeing Levi try to reconnect with his family and all of the great food. If you're looking for a sweet book, I recommend checking out Get Lost With You. This can be read as a standalone, but some of their backstories are in the first book.

Overall, 3 stars. As much as I love a good second chance, friends to lovers book, this book was just okay. Levi and Jilly were good characters, but I was not a fan of the 3rd person POV. If you are looking for a cheesy, feel-good book, then please read this. It was a little too cheesy for me, I needed more conflict and angst. There was a line in the book from Levi that absolutely broke my heart in chapter 18. I will share the kindle highlight once the book is published.

Sophie Sullivan is one of my favorite Authors.

I absolutlely love Jilly, Levi, Ollie, and all of the quirky residents of Smile.

I was just so bored. This book was easy to read and I finished it fairly quickly but I feel like all of the plot happened in the first 100 pages and the rest was filler.

I will still read everything Sophie writes, especially in this series. I am excited for the next one.

One of my highly anticipated reads that I put off for fear of the story being over 🤣 and let me tell you, the amount of longing between Jillian and Levi was more than worth it.

When Levi returns to smile after a decade and a half away, he almost immediately reconnects with his childhood crush. But since Jilly was his besties little sis, she was always off limits. As the two start to reconnect and discover that neither of their feelings were ever one sided, they're both quickly in, and all in. She's it for him and he's it for her. With a little scheming from her daughter Ollie, we get to watch the two fall in love all over again as adults and it was the absolute sweetest.

There were a few outside conflicts (her ex, his dad, her feelings about an abundance of things) that took away a bit from the overall light heartedness of this story and didn't feel fully resolved. Despite that, I loved the grand gestures, I loved getting to spend time in the lodge and the epilogue felt oh so realistic which was the icing on the cake. Don't mind me overhear thinking about how much I can't wait for Grayson's love story, whenever that might be!
