Get Lost with You was a sweet friends to lovers romance. It was a quick and easy read that didn’t cause too much stress! The relationship between Levi and Jill happened very quickly and felt a little rushed. However, Levi was one giant green flag so can you really blame the girl? The development of Levi’s relationship with Ollie was one of my favorite parts. I really enjoyed the story and would definitely check out more by Sophie Sullivan!
Thank you to St. Martin’s Press and NetGalley for the E-ARC.

Thank you to Sophie Sullivan, St. Martin's Press, and NetGalley for giving me an eARC of Get Lost with You in exchange for my honest review.
Get Lost With You is the marvelous sequel in the Rock Bottom Love series. Get Lost With You follows Levi and Jillian, former best-friends who have not seen each other in years. I say former best-friends, however, that is not entirely the truth. They parted when Levi left, and their departure was slightly embarrassing for Jillian, causing the distance between the two. They have now reconnected and sparks have flown. However, they are not the same people that they were when they were teens. Jillian has been married, divorced, and is now a single mother. Levi is looking to start over.
One thing that I appreciated about this book was the balance between plot, character development, and the tropes utilized. There is a semblance of friends-to-lovers with a little bit of insta-love sprinkled in. However, even though they reconnect and fall fast, they have their own things that they need to work through before that relationship can be successful. One thing that I always appreciate about romances is when the relationship and the love feels real. Hitting it off with someone quickly happens. But that does not mean the relationship does not take work. Jillian has to sort through her past and Levi has to figure out what he wants to do with their life. You see the two grow as individuals and as people, all while living their lives.
Like with the first book, I LOVED the side characters in the book. The Keller brothers and the townspeople (small town trope!) are all so fun. I read the book and I want to live there. At times, I felt like I was apart of the story line. When something sad happened, all of the sudden I realized I was crying. The sign of a good book is being so absorbed in a story that you do not even realize you are getting teary-eyed until it is to late. I loved this book so much and really really hope that there are more books to come. I crave it.

This was more of a 3.5 rounded up; it was a really sweet coming home and finally getting the timing right romance - it wasn't super complex, but that didn't stop it from feeling like a warm hug. I thought Jilly and Levi had great chemistry, even if the plot wasn't super memorable, and I loved the way Levi loved Ollie, Jilly's daughter. It was fun to see them learn to trust each other and work to get everything right this time around!

Something is up with goodreads ratings this year. How is this book sitting at a 3.64? This was so cute! It was a perfect cozy romcom to snuggle up with. A second chance-ish romance with a MMC who knows what he wants and goes for it, with patience, and a skittish, love-scorned FMC top it off with a witty nine year old who is way too observant it's romance gold! This little town is the thing small town dreams are made of and the relationship healing is too. I loved Jilly finding her own future and backbone all while still getting to be soft and loved. The spice in this one is door cracked open just a smidge and overall really well written.
I really enjoyed this read and was so happy to get an ARC from NetGalley!

Get Lost with You is yet another sweet charmer from Sophie Sullivan. We're back in the wonderful small town of Smile, this time around getting Jillian Keller's story and the teenage crush that is about to become oh, so much more! With the backdrop of the Get Lost Lodge always a flurry of activity, when Levi Bright is back in town, the successful chef is soon helping out the Keller family and old feelings he thought once buried suddenly come to the surface. Jilly and Levi dance around each other a bit but Sullivan doesn't make us wait too long for both of them to admit that those long-lost feels never truly went away.
I loved that Levi found his sea legs again, both figuratively and literally, back in the island town he grew up, quite quickly. He's handsome, talented and his affection for Jilly's daughter Ollie (once again a scene stealer like she was in her Uncle Beckett's book) was a beautiful sight to see. Although Jilly is hesitant to believe that the man she never quite forgot could have the same effect on her that she does has on him, I was glad Sullivan allowed these two to crush on each other again almost from the first time they cross paths.
The story progresses well and although Jilly is always wearing too many hats wrt the Lodge, her role as sole parent to Ollie and her other side bookkeeper gigs, I loved that her time with Levi had her experiencing her own awakening after feeling unseen for so long. The side story with her absent ex-husband could have been a bit more expanded but I did cheer for Jilly when she finally stood up to him even though it led to a meltdown that she almost didn't recover from.
The entire Keller family, together with the crazy-good residents of Smile provide plenty of banter, good will and support for both Jilly and Levi as they navigate their relationship with the small-town spotlight on them more often than they would've liked. The bit of drama towards the end was handled well and the grand gesture from Levi to Jilly warmed my heart.
The heat between Jilly and Levi could be felt despite the fact that there is very little wrt smexy times. But that doesn't take away from the second-chance love story that drives this book. I will say, however, for a traditionally published book, there were at least two instances where things just didn't make sense and I'm surprised, despite this being an arc, that they weren't caught before allowing readers to dive in. But it didn't take away from the story and in the end, it was well-written and had just enough angst to keep me invested.
I have fallen hard for these Keller siblings and I can't wait to explore Grayson's story next and the not-so-surprising choice of partners for him. The Get Lost Lodge and all that Jilly has done to keep it relevant and thriving is a great part of this entire series and I'm sure with the next book, the Keller siblings will have made it that much more successful. Not to mention, I'm hopeful at least two weddings will be performed there. *wink wink*
Again, this is a very pleasant read and has the kind of characters you can't help but want to befriend. Get Lost with You is worthy of your time and I happily give it a 3.5 stars.

I very much enjoyed the romance of this book, the small town charm, the supportive family dynamic, and the kindness the MMC showed to his new stepdaughter. This was a charming setting and sweet tale. There were a number of places where continuity errors threw me off (ex. FMC wearing a dress and then there being references to her shirt) but I’m hoping that’s an ARC problem — not indicative of the full book. The love is also very full on very quickly, which I object to less in a second chance romance like this but it still felt a bit abrupt. Overall, it was a fun quick read!
3 stars
ARC was provided by the publisher via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

It was a cute romance that gave a lot of sweet moments. It was super serious or super tense even with all the conflict they’re both going through in their lives. It was just a calm story about two finding each other at the right moment.

Get Lost with You follows Jillian Keller and Levi Bright, both of whom had moved back to their hometown of Smile. Jill returns as a divorced mother who is helping her brother run the lodge while living with her parents. Levi is coming home to help out his father (who is not super welcoming about this) after surgery and to continue his dreams of feeding people excellent food - just in his hometown instead of fancy restaurants. Levi and Jill almost had a moment the night before he left Smile when they were younger and both had crushes on each other, but Levi was very good friends with Jill's brothers and nothing ever happened. They run into each other in the small town and realize the feelings are still there.
This is a sweet second chance story, but everything was just that - nice and sweet. Jill's daughter was the most interesting character to me and I just wasn't into the romance. They get together quickly with very little drama (and the drama that occurs felt forced - like something was needed and so the author made a big deal out of nothing). The story is fine and would be great if you want to escape from stress and live in a quaint small town for a bit.

Book Review: Get Lost With You (2.5/5)
As someone who doesn't typically enjoy instant love stories, my rating of Get Lost With You reflects a personal preference for a slower, more natural development of romance. That being said, there were still elements of the book I found enjoyable, but overall, it didn’t quite meet my expectations.
One of the highlights for me was the depiction of the small town and its close-knit community. I really appreciated the way the love of the town was woven into the story, and it made me feel as though I could picture myself walking through its streets, experiencing its charm firsthand. The Lodge, in particular, stood out as an enchanting place I would love to visit. The author did an excellent job creating a setting that felt inviting and cozy.
However, the romantic development left me wanting more. The main characters rekindle their romance within just the first 15% of the book, and though they’ve known each other for most of their lives, I found it hard to believe that their bond could reignite so quickly. After being apart for 15 years, they’ve each grown as individuals, and it felt a bit forced to have them instantly reconnect in such a short time. For me, the pace of the romance was too rushed, which detracted from its authenticity.
While I can appreciate the setting and the themes of love and belonging, the instant romance just didn’t resonate with me. Get Lost With You had potential, but ultimately, it didn’t quite capture the type of slow-burn, deeply developed romance that I enjoy in my reading.

ARC Review: Get Lost With You by Sophie Sullivan ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 🌶️.5
Thank you to NetGalley and St. Martin’s Press for the opportunity to read this e-ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Get Lost With You is Sullivan’s 2nd book following the Keller siblings and their small town community of Smile, MI. Jillian Keller is a single mom who moved home amidst her marriage ending and found her footing working alongside her family at the Get Lost Lodge. Jillian is kindhearted and a beloved member of the close-knit, quirky Smile community. Her childhood crush (and her brother’s best friend), Levi Bright moves home after his father experiences a minor health emergency. The pair clearly have unresolved feelings for each other, and continually find themselves in each other’s orbit, reigniting their chemistry.
This is a great book for readers who love small-town vibes and romances that are sweet rather than spicy. The townspeople of Smile are easy to fall in love with, but the amount of characters and references to the town’s history takes a bit away from the romance plot. For me the stakes in this story weren’t very high, I kept waiting for a drama moment or a peak of tension but it never came. I enjoyed Jillian’s character, her fears and emotions were extremely relatable and I enjoyed her dynamic with Levi. Levi was almost too perfect, his dialogue came across like it came from a textbook called “How to be an unproblematic male 101.” He treated Jillian and her daughter amazingly, but he didn’t have any character flaws.
Get Lost With You releases February 11th 2025!

Get Lost with You by Sophie Sullivan is a heartwarming, second-chance romance set in the charming small town of Smile. Jillian Keller has worked hard to build a stable, fulfilling life for herself and her daughter after navigating some difficult years. She’s content running the family lodge with her brother and doesn’t need anything—or anyone—disrupting her routine.
Enter Levi Bright, the town’s prodigal son who’s returned after chasing his culinary dreams in the city. Now looking for something more meaningful, he’s ready to reconnect with his roots and bring his passion for food back home. When Levi and Jillian cross paths, old feelings they’d never fully explored come rushing back. But Jillian is wary of rekindling anything with Levi—especially since he’s her brother’s best friend, and her past heartbreak still stings.
Sullivan crafts a tender story of love, family, and the courage it takes to embrace second chances. Jillian and Levi’s journey is filled with sweet, swoon-worthy moments, yet it’s also grounded in real-life challenges and emotional growth. Get Lost with You is perfect for readers looking for a cozy, feel-good romance with a dash of heat and plenty of heart.

Sophie Sullivan transports us back to Smile and the Get Lost Lodge where the female Keller sibling, Jillian or Jilly, gets her shot at a lasting love. Still experiencing the hurt of her failed marriage. Jilly is not looking for anything remotely romantic. She is busy raising her daughter Ollie and helping her brothers bring the lodge to life and success. But then Levi Bright returns home, and her high school memories of her first ever crush return.
Levi has a strained relationship with his father since he left at a teen to pursue his culinary dreams, but he is determined to return home and continue those dreams in a different fashion. Sparks fly between the two, and they both are given the chance to overcome their reservations and take a chance at love.
There is much learning, healing, and relationship mending in this story of strong family bonds. The characters become the reader's family and friends they are so well developed. The setting jumps off the page and entices the reader to settle in and join the fun. With a second chance at romance, Get Lost with You is the perfect love story to sweep you off your feet. It is sweet, with a touch of spice, and it will make you want to return to Smile for many more stories to come. There is one brother yet to find his true love...
Thank you to St. Martin's Press and NetGalley for the ARC. I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

I love that when I pick up a Sophie Sullivan book I always get what I've come to expect–super cute, no angst, feel-goos stories.
Small town, second chance romance slash unrequited love–but it turns out they were both crushing on each other back then? Yes, please.
I really enjoyed this one! Thanks so much for the ARC, SMP!

I love small town romances especially when it involves childhood crushes or brothers best friend.. and this has both 😍
~Jilly has been back in her hometown for almost 5 years now, making a life for herself and her daughter after divorce. Levi has lived his culinary dreams and is returning home to be closer to family after a health-scare with his dad.~
Jilly and Ollie are the cutest mother/daughter duo and adding Levi to their little family was PERFECTION! The hurdles they both go through are tough but I enjoyed seeing how they handle everything. I loved both of their families too. The fact that they all grew up around each other was so cute. Their dynamic was incredible!

Jilly and Levi’s love story is legitimately so small town adorable it will make you want to pack up and move to remote upper Michigan to find your own happily ever after. Get Lost with You is Sophie’s second book in this series and can also be read as a stand alone if you haven’t read the first. If you are a fan of friends to lovers second chance romances, then it doesn’t get more romantic than Jilly’s reconnection with her high school crush, Levi, as she starts to rebuild hers and her daughters lives at their family lodge after her divorce.
If you’re looking for a romantically uncomplicated read that just takes you to a new level of feel good happy, then don’t waste a moment before sinking into these pages. You’d have to be severely jaded to not love the romance here. My only critique is that I was looking for a tad bit more angst or drama to deepen the plot line a bit. I’m all for the pining, slow burn, and making up for lost time, but I was just missing the added layer of complexity that could take the story a little deeper or make it a little more gripping. I think the author was getting there when Jilly’s ex husband came back into the picture, but that story fizzled out entirely. Like I said, not a huge issue, but that extra something could have really elevated this story to a 5 for me. But all in all, a truly enjoyable read that will have you putting Levi at the top of your favorite wholesome book boyfriends list. This is the second Sophie Sullivan book I’ve had the pleasure of reviewing and she is quickly becoming one of my favorite St. Martin’s Press authors!

"Exhaling, she opened her eyes and took a step toward the unknown, believing that no matter what happened, wherever this took her, loving Levi Bright was worth the journey. And the risk. Now, if she could just get him to forgive her and take her back".
Another beautiful romance that I have completed this year😍 and I loved every minute of it. After her traumatizing marriage came to an end, Jillian is now living her best life in her small town with her parents, best friend and three brothers by her side. Her main focus is just raising her daughter Ollie. But what happens when her childhood crush is back in town? Now Jillian seems to have her heart beating again like it did when she was in high school. Meanwhile, Levi is glad to be back in his hometown. Despite living out his dream as a chef, he has always felt like something is missing from his life. So, when he comes back to Smile and sees Jillian, he gets flashback to that almost first kiss when they were teenagers...and when the two reconnect after all these years, the two start to wonder if feelings are still there? The two start off as just friends at first, but as time goes on, and Ollie gets more close to Levi, things do start to speed up between Jilly and Levi. But, can Jilly handle falling in love again after everything that she has been through? Or should she be protecting her daughter and her heart?
I LOVED THIS BOOK SO MUCH. IT WAS SUCH A CUTE SMALL TOWN ROMANCE.

This book is the equivalent to drinking a hot cup of tea inside by the fireplace while its raining outside. It’s warm and cozy and sweet. All the residents of Smile are adorable and Levi is the picture perfect romance novel boyfriend.
Definitely a closed door romance though, so if you’re looking for spice, this isn’t the book for you.

An adorable small-town escape!
Get Lost with You is a delightful friends-to-lovers romance, with a second chance element. Levi is the ideal, stable love interest and his adoration for Jillian was so sweet. I really liked Jillian's evolution and the ensemble cast. It's a feel-good, lighthearted romance that makes you wish you lived in a quaint little town like Smile.
Special thanks to St. Martin's Press and NetGalley for the ARC.

My second sophie sullivan book & def not my last. Thanks NetGalley for the ARC
3/5 stars because it was a super cute little romantic book about a love cynic (reminded me alot of Meredith Gray and commitment) and a second chance for this couple / boy returns to hometown after gone for a while. Well written, super cute & lots of cheese !

This was a like, not a love for me. I think I might need a break from romances, because I definitely found myself skimming towards the end.
I just felt like there wasn’t ENOUGH of anything in this book. There wasn’t enough build-up to the romance. There wasn’t enough family. Jillian’s ex-husband appears briefly, but I felt like even that wasn’t enough of a plot-line. The whole thing just fell flat for me.
This is the second book in the Rock Bottom Love Series. I haven’t read the first one, and this one can definitely be read as a stand alone.
Overall, a decent romance, but not good enough to hook me.
I really disliked that the FMC's name was Jilly. And that the daughter's name was Ollie. "Jilly" felt so childish, and I cringed every time I read it.
