I went into this totally blind. I had not read any of Sophie's work before and let me tell you, I will absolutely start after reading this, It was tender, and charming, and it felt like falling in love. I adored Levi and Jillian so much and was so excited by how their relationship formed from being two teenagers with crushes to adults with an understanding of their feelings. I loved this and can't wait to read more from Sophie!

I received this book for free from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. I was delighted to return to Smile and see what happens to Jillian. This book is the second in a series but can be read as a standalone, though I think the experience is better with background from the first. This was a second chance, friends to lovers romance. Levi was a great MMC and had the perfect temperament for Jilly. I am a fan of dual POV and this was no exception. I felt like Jillian’s anxieties around relationships was believable- especially with a daughter. I like that her relationship with her family is so strong and that they were able to help her get out of her own way.

Well now, this was just delightful. I really like the first in this series so was excited to get the ARC of the second. Sophie Sullivan sure knows how to write a setting you just want to jump into!

I adore a second chance love story and this was just darling! Such a sweet setting, adorable characters and such a fun journey to follow them on.

I am a huge fan of second-chance romances, and Get Lost with You definitely did not disappoint! Sophie Sullivan has once again delivered a heartwarming and sweet story that’s full of charm, featuring a small-town setting, delicious comfort food, and the kind of romance that makes you believe in love all over again.
Jillian Keller’s character resonated with me right away—she’s grounded, organized, and completely focused on raising her daughter while managing the family business. She’s built a life for herself, but it’s clear she’s still holding on to some unresolved emotions, especially when Levi Bright, her older brother’s best friend, comes back to town. The chemistry between Jillian and Levi is undeniable, and their reconnecting after years apart was a joy to watch. It’s always fun to read about characters rediscovering love that never fully had the chance to blossom.
Levi is the perfect balance of ambition and vulnerability, and I loved how he came back to Smile, not just to pursue his culinary dreams, but to reestablish connections with the people and place that shaped him. Watching his relationship with Jillian evolve, especially through their shared history and feelings that never quite went away, was incredibly satisfying. But what really tugged at my heart was the way Levi and Jillian's bond deepened not just between them, but also through his connection with Jillian’s daughter, Ollie. It was a beautiful, tender portrayal of how love can grow in unexpected ways, even when it seems like the timing isn't quite right.
The only part of the story I felt could have been explored more was the potential conflict between Jillian and her Ex Andrew. Given the dynamics of the situation, I was expecting a bit more drama or tension there, especially when it comes to Jillian and Levi's relationship. However, sometimes less drama is actually a good thing, and this story is proof that a romance doesn’t need an abundance of conflict to be compelling. The simplicity and sincerity of their connection were enough to keep me completely hooked. I’d definitely recommend this book to anyone who’s a fan of second chances and small-town charm.

Books are the perfect escape and this one came at just the right time. Charming, cozy, and cute; this second chance romance let me filter out all the noise of the real world and transport myself to a small town called Smile where I met Jillian and Levi and the adorable Ollie.
Jillian and Levi crushed on each other hard as teenagers, but everything got in the way. Levi left town to follow his dream of a career in the culinary arts and Jillian married young and started a family. A decade later, Levi is back in Smile where Jillian returned years before with her young daughter when her marriage fell apart. Time did nothing to cool the attraction.
The book has all the sweet stuff I needed: small town, close knit family, cute child, a man who cooks, and a second chance at love. It was an oasis of comfort and the ideal distraction from the chaotic real world.
Thanks to NetGalley and St. Martins Press for the advance copy in exchange for my unbiased review.

Get lost with you is the romance equivalent of a cozy fantasy novel. It’s relaxing and romantic which is perfect for a vacation or taking a break from a busy day. The characters are loveable and the food sounded fantastic. I haven’t read the first book yet but I eagerly anticipate the next one!
Thank you St. Martin’s press and Netgalley for this arc in exchange for an honest review.

Second-chance romance done beautifully!
I typically avoid the second chance romance like the plague, but Sophie Sullivan nailed it! I adored these characters and was so glad that she continued the Rock Bottom Love Series!

Get Lost with You is a sweet read from Sophie Sullivan. This is once again finding us in Smile. Single mother, Jillian Keller Has returned there to raise her young daughter while helping to run the family lodge. Friends and family are trying to get Jillian get out more, but she swears she is happy with her life as it is. I liked this hard working, routine kind of gal, believing there was a true love out there waiting for her.
This second chance romance is fun, with lots of heart and a little heat. Levi returns to Smile too. They meet once again, reconnecting, then with some bumps along the way, find what has been missing in their lives. No matter that this is a predictable romance, it is still a delightful read. I love books that end with a happily-ever-after. This one has lovable characters and a strong storyline.

Jillian Keller went back to her hometown of Smile to recover after her divorce a few years ago. Jilly and her daughter Ollie have made a new life surrounded by family and friends. But one thing is missing from Jilly's life. After her tough break-up, she's put up walls to protect herself and focuses on giving Ollie the best life she can. Then Levi Bright comes back to town, and Jilly's perfectly crafted life starts to crumble. Levi is the man who got away, her crush for as long as she can remember, and seeing him again is awakening all those feelings she's kept under lock and key.
From the beginning of the novel, Jilly and Levi are both head over heels. Told from both of their points of view, we see into their past and what they hope for the future. When Jilly's ex contacts her, she shuts down her budding relationship out of fear. What can Levi do to show Jilly that he's all in?
All in all, this was a quick second chance romance. If you enjoy a small town romance and a close-knit family, then definitely give this series a try!
Thank you to @StMartinsPress and @NetGalley for a digital copy for review consideration. All opinions are honest and my own.

This was a quick and easy read. This romance was such a sweet read (sometimes too sweet). But I have really been enjoying second chance romances lately and this one was so cute. I enjoyed Jilly and Levi’s story and if you’re looking for a quick, easy, and sweet read, this one is it.

Another really cute book by Sophie Sullivan. I loved the characters and the storyline so much. It had me swooned all the way through.

sophie sullivan you little tart!! you’ve done it again!!! these are always such whimsical, beautiful love stories that i devour in one sitting!!! these characters feel so real you just want to put them in your pocket and keep them forever!!

Painful to read. Slogging through was just ugh. How many times do we need to be reminded what outdated car Jillian drives. Focus less on details like bad clothing and more on the characters or plot. Just didn’t work for me.

This was a super cozy 'curl up and forget the world' book and I loved it! Cute and entertaining for those days you don't want to get invested in something heavy.

Thank you to NetGalley and to the publisher for this small town romcom. I gave it three stars and really enjoyed this second chance of love. ❤️

Me gustó.

Much like the first in this universe, Sophie Sullivan’s Get Lost with You is sweet, charming and easy.
This world is like a hallmark movie complete with adorable, quirky side characters.
Jilly, Levi (and Ollie!) were adorable.
There are a few loose ends that I’m curious if they’ll be mentioned in the next installment (I’m assuming there will be one, there’s another brother to romance!). But overall, this was a stress free, palate cleansing read!
Thank you to St. Martin’s Griffin & NetGalley for the eARC!

Jillian, a single mom who has escaped a toxic marriage, has moved back to her small town and is helping her brother run a local lodge. Levi escaped that small town to chase his dreams of being a chef, only to find his dreams have changed. Although Jilly has had a crush on Levi forever, she never expects anything will happen.
This was a sweet book. The romance between Jilly and Levi was cute, but I especially loved the interactions with Jilly's daughter, Ollie. This book also explored family dynamics in addition to the main romance.
I felt like I was missing a touch of the backstory as this was the 2nd book, but it definitely still works as a stand alone. I also wasn't a fan of the miscommunication that happened on multiple accounts. I just wanted them to address their feelings like adults.
This book is perfect for those who like small town romances, second chances, and nosy family members.
Thanks to NetGalley and St. Martin's Press for the ARC. All views and opinions are my own.
