Loved the whole bingo concept it really encouraged me to read more and explore books and authors I might not have before.

I thought this was so creative and fun. I’ve never seen or been a part of anything like it and I enjoyed ticking off the various prompts. Everything was organised really well. Thumbs up from me :)

A great way to have a little bookish fun in the summer months. Thanks for putting this together and I hope you do it again next year.

This was the best part of the summer on Netgalley. I really enjoyed this, thank you so much for putting it all together.

This is so much fun! Hopefully this is something that we can revisit next year! Thank you guys for all your hard work! It's really appreciated <3

Nice idea for some fun book community interaction! I would love to see an area put into place where we could make suggestions for NetGalley easily. My biggest one is always to allow us to request Auto-approval from our favorite publishers of course.

Camp NetGalley was a fun activity for the summer. The camp is very easy and does not feel stressful to complete. All the activities are fun! From Book Bingo to Stickers! I also enjoyed all of the social media posts including introductions to camp counselors! It is hard being an adult and not being able to participate in all of the fun camp activities we use to have has kinds, but Camp NetGalley brought some of that fun back! I look forward to next summer to see what else they will add to Camp NetGalley.

This was a fun, little reading challenge for July! I loved that it encouraged me to go through both new and old review copies.

I love this idea!! I always wanted to go to summer camp as a kid and my parents never let me so this let me live out my childhood dream haha. I liked that they were so many different activities to participate in. I liked all the different prompts of pics to take. Bingo was a fun time. I’m most excited about the badge to be honest because I’m competitive. In some of my book groups we would follow along and do the challenges. I would like some maybe like special books that only people participating in can receive and then we could do a buddy read. Or if we got out on different teams and had to compete.

A great way to start an adult summer reading club! I am so excited and thankful for this great motivator.

What a fun distraction for the month! I loved the interaction with others in the group and seeing what everyone else was reading (and enjoying this month). Looking forward to similar activities in the future.

This was such a cute packet into Camp NetGalley, and a lot of fun to be a part of. July was a busy month, and I ended up forgetting the social media side of the Camp, but all the graphics were so well done.
I have a few favorite reviews of mine, but my main one is linked below.

This is such a cute idea! I think a social media challenge would be a great option to add in the future.

Fun! and cute, especially with the interactives like the scavenger hunt. I think it’s a great activity for some mid-year reading evaluations and to boost that feedback ratio! Some of my favorite parts about Camp NetGalley were the stickers and the low stakes. It’s all done leisurely with nothing extremely obligated of you. The stickers also now have to be a must. Some of my ideas for next year are recipes and crafts! A lemonade recipe or s’mores bars (something summery) included towards the back could add some flair. As for crafts, a cutesy diy bookmark (with a short list of what’s needed and instructions) would be perfect. The packet was super user-friendly, and I can’t wait to attend camp next time!

It was fun to see what everybody was reading and how to improve on netgalley. I was expecting the scavenger hunt to be a bit more than just a photo challenge.

While I didn't get as much reading done as I wanted this month (other than my Physics textbook because I'm in school right now), Camp NetGalley was a great way to get me back into reading and checking out some ARCs that had been sitting on my Kindle for a while! Bingo especially helped with that because it gave me specific tasks to check off my list in a fun way!

Camp NetGalley was a super fun way to enhance my summer reading. I appreciate the mix of interactive/social and solo activities. Thanks so much NetGalley for putting this together. I hope to participate again next year!

Camp NetGalley was so much fun and inclusive! I really loved how NetGalley was engaging with the readers and it allowed other readers to then interact with one another.
The packet was a nice introduction to the month and I wish I was able to participate more. That being said, I would love if there were a few activities each week to participate in so you had options to either choose from or participate in all of them. I also wish some of the "games" had prizes, whether that be tangible or something virtual would be a really cool inclusion for next year. For example, the bingo was fun but I didn't feel that I NEEDED to participate being there was no reward or change in the board. It also wasn't all that hard and I felt that I could check off the entire board already.
Maybe doing a winter retreat and creating holiday "camps" could be something of the future as well that I would love to participate in!
I read Jessica George's Debut Novel in May of 2024 and to this day I am captivated by the story and proud of my review, which I am linking below.

This was my first time attending Camp Netgalley. The Welcome Packet is a great tool and interactive way of helping you reach your goals and raising your Netgalley rating. I wish I had had more time to spend on the activities and engagement with other campers this year. Even though camp month is coming to a close I am going to continue look at other campers suggestions and reviews and enjoy participating in some of the prompts and activities the camp introduced to me. I will definitely attend camp again next year.
One of my books I read during camp is Every Time I Go On Vacation Someone Dies here is my review…
