Thank you for the opportunity to read this title. I really liked the movement of this, as compared to the earlier, and found the characters captivating. Will definitely suggest to our book club as I think there's a lot that can be discussed with a group!

This should have worked....
But missed the mark a bit. Gia is a busy divorced mother, who has a a yoga studio in a small town.
Beckett is the mayor, landlord. They are immediately into each other. The elements were there but just didn't do it the trick.

Thank you @netgalley and @read_bloom for the opportunity to read Lucy Score’s Fall Into Temptation in exchange for an honest review! I’ve heard so much about Lucy Score’s books that I was excited to try this novel out, but I am not sure if her writing is for me.
While this novel has all of the usual makings of a romcom book, this one wasn’t it for me. It follows Gia, a mother of two, who moves to Blue Moon to be near her father who has developed a serious relationship with a new woman, the mother of her landlord, the mayor, and a serious personal temptation to her, Beckett Pierce. As any romcom would, there’s conflict, romance, and laughable moments along the way. Together, all of this can make a masterpiece of a story, but it felt like this one was missing some opportunities.
The major issues that I found while reading were rushed elements. For example, the conflict between Gia and Beckett begins almost immediately with sexual tension and communication that would feel cringey between essential strangers. This made it hard to root for their relationship because it felt premature and almost tacky. Additionally there were other elements that felt tacky, such as the constant winking between characters— it was seriously like two winking interactions per page. Beckett acted like a man who needs to be manly, control the situation, and make decisions for the woman and it was very annoying to follow along rooting for their relationship to work out, even if he is supposed to be a nice guy. The conflicts felt too minor to be wreaking such havoc and this just wasn’t it for me.

I love the small town romance. This book had funny and interesting characters that made me laugh while reading.

Another fun installment of Lucy's Blue Moon series. I love this town and all the books in this quirky series. Although Beckett and Gianna work hard to resist their mutual attraction, ultimately they can't stay away from each other. With a supporting cast of unique and meddling characters, the Blue Moon series is romantic comedy at it's finest.

I sure do hate a third act breakup.
Honestly, the fact that that was most of the conflict of the book ruined it for me.

This was actually a re-read for me so I naturally loved it! Lucy Score just writes the most exciting, riveting and intriguing stories and "Fall into Temptation" certainly brought the energy. So excited for all of these upcoming re-releases!

Too cutesy for me, but I think it will appeal to others!
Also I was disapointed to learn that it was a re-realease, guess I gotta check that beforehand.

I've been WAITING impatiently for Lucy to take us back to Blue Moon! It was worth the wait! Beckett and Gianna's story was hilarious and beautifully sweet. Can't wait for the 3rd brother's story!!!

If Gilmore Girls met a steamy romance. I loved this little town and the characters I. It. And what characters they are! Bring on Jax and Joey!

When asked what my favorite, imaginary small town is, I always answer Blue Moon Bend. It’s perfect and quaint, and has one hell of a mayor. Fall into Temptation is the second book in the Blue Moon series and can be read as a standalone, but really shouldn’t be. The first book really describes the town and allows you to meet the main characters.
Now for what I loved about this book; Beckett and Gia. The characters alone made this book 5 stars for me. They were realistic and genuine and oh so deserving of love. Even the side characters were lovable. A light hearted, easy and cozy read.

♥︎ Thank you NetGalley, Bloom Books and Lucy Score for the eARC of Fall into Temptation.

When a book makes you laugh and cry and swoon, it’s golden.
How can you not love a man who falls head over heels for an entire family.

Beckett Pierce is not too keen for romance, particularly after the antics of his last girlfriend. However, he is the most eligible bachelor in town, as well as being the town’s mayor. So, when Gianna Decker turns up, she is also not looking for love, as she has two children and an ex, plus she wants her new yoga studio to be successful. However, their attraction is instantaneous and soon they are finding everyone else is in on their romance.
A great romance with all the residents of Blue Moon making for an entertaining read. Both Beckett and Gia are likeable characters and their children added more depth to the story.
This book I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book from NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I read “No More Secrets" last month. It was the first in the Blue Moon series by Lucy Score. This book is the second in the series. They both are fun, low stakes, steamy, contemporary romances. So far the series focuses on three brothers in a small town in upstate NY. Beckett Pierce is the middle son, a lawyer and the town mayor. The new tenant in his backyard rental house is Gianna Decker. She has two children and runs the new yoga studio in town. Her father is also dating Beckett’s widowed mother. Beckett has been the responsible son and stayed in town and saved the family farm while his brothers were away.
Sparks fly quickly between Gianna and Beckett. It is more lust in the beginning as he is SO handsome and she is SO pretty. They’ve already kissed and more before they manage a first date. The humor in the book comes from the small town. The first book taps into the town facebook page that has the latest gossip. But this time the beautification committee and town council meetings bring some of my favorite moments. Carter (Beckett’s brother) and Summer from the first book see progress in their relationship too. And it helps that Gianna is welcomed as Summer’s new best friend. I liked the kids in this book and they act age appropriately.
From what I can see this book was originally self published in 2016 and is now getting a new cover and publisher. I’ve enjoyed the previous books I’ve read from Lucy Score and I enjoyed this one as well. I am hoping the publisher continues pushing out the rest of the series.

Spicy male female contemporary rom com. This is the second book in the Blue Moon series. They are standalone so you don't need to read the first book but it is a great read and I'm glad I'm reading these in order. The female lead was relatable and the relationship growth believable. Lots of chemistry with emotion and humor. Another great read from Lucy Score.

Fall Into Temptation by Lucy Score is a witty, charming romance set in the small town of Blue Moon. Beckett Pierce is content to stay away from romance after his last disastrous relationship, but Gianna Decker changes everything. With two kids and a struggling business, Gianna isn’t looking for love either. Yet their undeniable chemistry leads to stolen kisses and more complications than either bargained for. Filled with humor, passion, and small town meddling, this book is an entertaining and heartwarming read!

I love the writting of Lucy Score. Small town and the relationship of the brother is amazing.
I didn’t read the first book in this series but now I need to know the story of Carte and Summer

Thank you NetGalley, Sourcebooks Bloom Books and Lucy Score for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.
This is book #2 in the Blue Moon series. Recommend reading book #1 to get the full background of the characters and town.
Gianna is a mom and new business owner new to town who happens to be renting out Becketts backyard cottage.
There is immediate attraction but so many reasons to not cross that line so they fight it…until they don’t.
Obsessed with Aurora and Evan. They are such amazing characters and add so much to this story.
I thought the conflict was pretty realistic and possible. The resolution was insane and totally not realistic but it worked in this quirky town. As a step mom, the Evan storyline got to me!
Cannot wait to read the next one in this series!

I love Lucy Score books and this was no different! The plot was fun and fast paced and while it used some romance tropes it felt fresh and interesting! The main couple had great chemistry and I enjoyed the banter a lot. Will be adding to our library 100%!

4.25⭐
Lucy Score is re- issuing her Blue Moon series with new gorgeous covers, not reflected here on Goodreads. I started with the one telling the story of Gianna and Beckett. The town of Blue Moon is an equal character in this series and I want to move there. A community that cares for one another, perhaps a little over the top, but totally charming. Written with Score's ability to make characters fresh and relatable with great banter.
