If you're a fan of the Gilmore Girls small town TMI feel, you will enjoy this funny and spicy small town romance. Loved the banter between the 2 MCs and the sexual tension was off the charts! Can't wait to read the rest of the series!

Big thank you to NetGalley & Bloom Books for allowing me to read an ARC in exchange for my honest review.
As I write this review I feel like calling this an arc is a stretch because technically this book has been out for a few years. However, it was picked up for rebranded publishing print under Bloom Books. Which I’m not mad about because I love Lucy Score books so I’m glad some of her older books are finally getting some love. Plus the new cover design is beautiful and would look fabulous on any shelf.
“Fall into Temptation” is the second book in the Blue Moon romance series. It follows the next Pierce brother, Beckett on his journey of finding love with his new tenant and single mom Gianna. I have to admit I was a bit disappointed in this one. Which honestly was unexpected because in book 1 “No More Secrets” Beckett was my favorite side character and I couldn’t wait for his romance story. However, for being someone who preferred using logic, he was very quick to rush to judgment. And without getting the full picture and became irrationally angry at the Gianna. That whole moment felt completely out of character and unnecessary. Because before that point the whole book was heading towards a 4 star rating. But Becketts asshole behavior dropped my overall feelings towards the book. Now yes Beckett does redeem himself but it still left a sour taste in my mouth.
Overall, I would still recommend not just this book but the whole Blue Moon series. Can’t wait to see the next brother Jax and his story unfold.

What is in the water in Blue Moon that everyone falls in love so quick?
I enjoyed the second book in this series, but I still can’t quite get over how quickly the relationship between Gianna and Beckett progresses.
I think my favorite part of this book was all the scenes with the whole family together. And then the ones with the kids. I’m a sucker for books with cute kids.
I definitely wanted to shake Beckett for some of the things he did/said. And I am glad that he came to his senses and realized he was in the wrong.
Overall cute and I will definitely continue reading the series.
Thanks Bloom Books for the eARC.

I adored this book! The kids really made this book for me. Aurora was just so adorable. I loved the brothers and their relationship. It was fun that they resorted to their inner child when they were together. And of course Beckett and Gia. They couldn’t keep their hands off of each other. Loved it!

Fall into Temptation is a small town romance that is cozy, funny, and heartwarming. Lucy Score writes characters that I always find a way to root for & I enjoyed the chemistry between the two in this one.

Small town romance is certainly a comfort genre for me and this book was no exception. Are they predictable - yes. Do they have zany characters that don't seem real - sure. Do I still giggle and grin like a kid when I read these? Yes!
I received this eBook as an ARC from Netgalley (thanks to the author and SOURCEBOOKS Bloom Books as well!) - I did not realize this was book two of a series until I went to write my goodreads review. Thankfully, it was a standalone (overall) there is another couple in this book that clearly had their own book first but it was easy to follow as a whole (now I need to go back and read though!)
I liked the found family vibes and the support that the small town (though meddling at times) gave.
If you want a cozy read with some pumpkin "spice" (Hello fall vibes!) this one would be great to add to your TBR pile!
Rounding up to a 4/5

Fall Into Temptation by Lucy Score is a blissfully heartwarming small town romance that will enchant you with the love, charm you with their delightful town, humor you with its’ chaotic hilarity, entertain you with its’ steamy spice & warm your soul like a cup of hot cocoa on a cold day.
This is book #2 in the Blue Moon series, which could be read as a standalone, but the first one was an easy five star for me, so I recommend starting there!
Fall Into Temptation is great for fans of…
🩷 Small Town Romance
🩷 Single Mom
🩷 Close Proximity
🩷 Yoga Teacher Meets Mayor/Lawyer
🩷 Neighbors
Blue Moon is the blueprint for idyllic small towns with kindness grown into the foundation with the hilarious & meddling townsfolk whose antics are sure to cause laughs. I also absolutely adore the two families at the center of this story.
Lucy Score is one of the funniest authors I’ve ever read as she constantly delivers romances guaranteed to make you laugh & swoon. I consistently applaud her talent & always add any & all of her books to my TBR list.
If you are looking to fall head over heels for both the great small town & the sweetest love story, I highly recommend Fall Into Temptation!
Massive thanks to NetGalley & Bloom Books for the gifted copy, which I voluntarily read & reviewed.
I will post this on social media closer to release date!

Beckett and Gianna
We continue the story of Blue Moon, a small town where everyone knows everyone, the gossip line is hot, and anyone would lend a hand. Book 1, we follow Carter and now it’s his brother Beckett. This is a stand alone but interconnected so I would suggest you read in order.
Beckett..the Mayor of Blue Moon. Now that Carter is off the market, the next bachelor is Beckett. As he watches Carter settle down, he has to admit, he sees the appeal. Especially after he meets the new Yoga teacher in town. He is intrigued the first time their eyes meet. Oh, she is also his new tenant. And has 2 kids. So..complicated.
Gianna has finally packed up and moved to Blue Moon with her 2 children. It’s time for a new life. She has always liked BM, as her father lives there. There is word that he is dating someone so Gianna can’t wait to see what is happening there. For work, she was able to take over an existing studio so is opening a yoga spot. Everything seems to be falling into place. Except for the big crush she has on her landlord, and the town Mayor.
Another great read. Only 2 books in and love Blue Moon. The people, the town, so very interesting. Love the Pierce boys. So alpha and protective yet teddy bears inside. Look forward to the last brother!

I didn’t find this to be Lucy Score’s best work. From the beginning, it feels like the writing jumped into the middle of an existing story, as if the reader is expected to already have a full background of both characters. The character development isn’t full fleshed, and the story feels underdeveloped. That being said, the cliche-style romance still has an enjoyable element. You may not have a roller coaster of emotions, but it remains fun.

Lucy Score is an auto read author for me. So getting the opportunity to read her newest book was amazing.
This was such a fun story to read about a single mom starting fresh, and the local celebrity (mayor). Sparks fly and the characters are just trying not to get burned.
Thank you Netgalley for an arc of Fall into Temptation by Lucy Score

If Lucy writes it, I'll read it. She is one of my absolute favorite authors and the Blue Moon series is top of my list. This series is laugh out loud funny with emotions intertwined beautifully. Beckett is the type of MC that feels he won't settle down, but in blows Gia and her children and all bets are off. This addition to the series is so wonderful and I adore each one!

The second book in this small town series was as amazing as the first. I loved revisiting the characters and the small town. The humor, the heart and love in this book is just so beautiful. When a 3rd act breakup doesn't deter me from loving it that says a lot !

Second book in the Blue Moon series. Mayor Beckett has no plans to settle down but then Gia and her kids move to town and his world is changed. ARC from NetGalley.

Thank you so much to NetGalley and Sourcebooks bloom books for an eARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
The last few books I read of Lucy Score were from her Riley Thorn series. Which, while great, just don't hit like her small-town romances. Lucy has the valuable skill of putting two characters together that complement each other perfectly. I don't usually read books with single parents; I'm just not as drawn to them but in 'Fall into temptation' 'Rora and 'van as we meet them turn out to be these huge characters that grow the story in a beautiful way. In FIT we meet yoga studio owner and single mother of two- Gia. Gia is moving to the small town where her father lives to bring some much-needed stability to her children's lives. Little does Gia know that her new stepmom is bringing in 3 stubborn sons and a huge found family (and I'm a sucker for a found family). Everywhere Gia turns, there is Mayor Beckett. Gia's landlord, lawyer, mayor and maybe soon-to-be stepbrother by marriage? that part gets a little dicey but it's fun.
I loved the dynamic of these characters; I loved the steam- boy can Lucy Score write longing- and I loved the character that the town of Blue Moon brought to the story. Gia and Beckett try to resist their instant attraction due to the complication that dating your landlord/stepbrother would bring but after months of everyone else noticing the tension they finally cave and decide to give it a go.
This is a fun, quick, charming, found family small town romance and that really is the perfect recipe.

This sweet novel is exactly what my fall loving heart needed. I loved the romance and story of this book!

Gia moved to the small town of Blue Moon for a fresh start and she's determined not to fall for Beckettt, her landlord and the town mayor. Yes. well that's the idea but we all know what's going to happen in this sweet and spirited novel that has both spice and humor. Gia's kids are delightful. the town is cute, and the attraction between these two is strong. Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC. It's an easy read that should make you smile.

This book was easy to read but not my favorite from this author. It felt a little slow and I didn't love the MMC. I still found it entertaining and if you're a Lucy Score fan I say give it a shot for sure!

Oh Lucy Score, you’ve done it again. Fall into Temptation is her latest book. You won’t regret this book!

Looking for a new start for herself and her two children, Gia moves her family to the small town of Blue Moon and opens a yoga studio. She rents a guest house in the backyard of lawyer and town mayor, Beckett. Sparks fly immediately between the two, but Gia won’t risk her heart on a fling and Beckett just got out of a difficult relationship, so they agree to remain friends. Will they keep to their agreement or will they, as the title says, fall into temptation?
This book was such fun and I felt happy reading it. It is the perfect cozy fall book. The happy small-town vibes are strong and I wish I could live in Blue Moon. The love story was very romantic with just the right amount of spice. As a mother, I appreciated that Gia was a dedicated parent, as mothers are not frequently the main characters in romance novels. This was my first Lucy Score book and I look forward to many more.

First of all, I loved Beckett and Gianna, like all of Lucy's books, it makes me believe in love and laugh and sigh in equal parts. I didn't know it was part of a series and that there was a book before, and now I'm on a mission to run out and buy it to read.
Many thanks to Lucy, who as always gives us stories that touch our souls.
