Thank you NetGalley! I was so excited to read the final book in the series. However I really struggled to get through this book. I really wanted to like it as much as the first couple books in the series, but it fell flat for me in the end. I felt so uninvested in the plot, as well as the character development. Many things felt predictable, and easily resolved. I do know I usually lose a good chunk of interest when the couple gets together, so I’m sure there was a little bit of that interfering with my enjoyment, as the yearning and angst is gone. But as a whole it did not excite me. On a positive note, the spice was good.

An absolutely stunning and heart-racing conclusion to this series. I’m so freaking sad it’s over, but man what a ride. The growth from Lor, Nadir, and Gabriel. The secrets, the drama, the found family and love and friendships.

There’s really not a single thing I can say that isn’t a spoiler but just trust me when I say this book was infinity stars.

I couldn’t think of a better way to end this amazing series. I started this journey right when the second book released and have been following Nadir and Lor for a long time. It has been a while since I got so much invested in a book.

The world Nisha created is not only unique but each book contains a different information. In this book Lor is finally developing her powers and we also have Tristan displaying some as well. This time Lor is going to need all the help she can get to be free of the Aurora King. With him hunting her it is really difficult to ask for help. But she not only manages to convince other rulers but also ends up exposing the entire mess from the start.

We explore Heart, Woodlands and Alluvion. Woodlands is as amazing as we’ve seen in Lor’s memory and I’m happy to meet the rulers as well. I was surprised and in love with Alluvion. But Lor had to do what she had.

Finally, Lor and Nadir get together in this conclusive book. Sparks fly and many many spicy scenes are there. I love Nadir and Lors romance, and they truly are a couple who would destroy worlds for the other. I’m thankful for the multi POV and get to see many sides of the story. We also explore more about Zerra and I did not like her.

I can't go to deep into details as this book as I want this review to be spoiler free but I'm so happy with the conclusion of this story. The action, heart ache, passion, love, trials, and magic were all written extremely satisfying.

Thank you netgalley and forvererpub for the opportunity to read and review this amazing book.

What an EPIC conclusion to this amazing series.

So much to love about this book. Nadir and Lor are such a great couple. The found family in this is top notch. The way every story line comes to a satisfying conclusion in this book was better than I could've hoped for.

This series has been cemented into one of my favorites of all time

5 stars!

What an incredible finale to the series! "Tale of the Heart Queen" truly delivered, and Nisha did an amazing job bringing the story to a satisfying close. The story and characters left me bittersweet—sad it’s over, but happy with how everything unfolded for the characters I’ve grown to love.

The final installment of the Artifacts of Ouranos series releases on November 26! Be sure to preorder now—you won't be disappointed as Lor and Nadir complete their journey surrounded by their family and friends.

Huge thanks to Nisha and Forever Publishing for the opportunity to read this ARC!

What a whirlwind of a finale to this series! It is bittersweet to see these stories come to an end, but I hope, maybe someday Nisha will return to this world, there are many stories still left to tell here!

One thing that has been so great and consistent with Nisha's writing is that no book feels like a filler book, this entire quartet was a hit after hit and Tale of the Heart Queen held strong with the rest. The sadness I feel as this story comes to a close is that she had the ability from the start to make these characters feel real and it feels like I am saying goodbye to my friends. Just like the previous books Nisha was able to instill humor to break up the trials and never ending action that happens in this book. I enjoyed seeing all the POV's from different characters and finally getting the background of Rion and what truly influenced his actions.

We pick up immediately where we left off in book 3 (thank god because I would have screamed otherwise) and the action and turmoil is immediate. But we get rewarded with excellent spice which helps give breaths of fresh air from the tension in other areas of the story. I fear to say more because at this point anything more would completely spoil this conclusion and you won't get the full impact if you don't go in blind.

I will say that the Artifacts of Ouranos is absolutely one of my favorite series, you will not regret picking this up. I devoured it as fast as I could and finally getting all the questions that have been plaguing me from the beginning answered. This is absolutely a satisfying ending.

Thank you so much to Nisha and Forever for inviting me to ARC read this book in exchange for an honest review.

Thank you to Forever & NetGalley for this ARC.

I really wanted to LOVE this, but it just fell a little short for me, and I know I'm likely to be in the minority here. It had been a few months since the last book so I couldn't quite remember who a lot of the side characters were or what had happened with every individual plot line.

I think some of the plot line could have been taken out, and felt it was a little unnecessarily long.

I did enjoy the HEA wraps ups for everyone and seeing the completion of this story.

I enjoyed this book! It was probably my favorite one in this series. For some reason, it felt more fast-paced than the other three books. The POV's were constantly changing but always for a good reason. It made sense in the story. Even tho it was the last book some characters still surprised me and I still learned something new about a lot of them.

I was a bit nervous at the start because a lot had to be covered for the last book in a series. I was thrilled to see very ends tied and that it was well done. We get to see the ending of every single character in the series. I don't feel like a stone was left unturned.

I am so greatful for netgalley and nisha’s team for letting me read this early. i was so nervous for how it would end and i was not disappointed!!!

the story is a bit slow, it takes a while to get going, but trust me, it gets going. nothing and no one is safe in this installment and i was eating it up! I was panicking and turning the pages as fast as my kindle would let me.

the found family in this series, especially this installment is genuinely top tier. you have so many different personalities that come together and work to keep their world and their favorite girl, Lor, safe. I absolutely love the family dynamics and i love how complicated it is. it really shows that you could hate someone for so long and still understand they had their faults and they tried at one point to show you they still care.

I think what stood out to me most in this was the plot!!!!! the way things played out and the reveals we kept getting was SO GOOD!! it genuinely felt like super high stakes where no one is safe and that is what i’m looking for, especially in the final book of a series. the way the ending played out and how intense it was, god my heart was POUNDING. and the love i felt from both nadir and lor was so heartwarming. they let absolutely no one and nothing come between them. I was a MESS at the end and was just waiting with bated breath for the end. it wrapped up so perfectly and it was everything i could’ve asked for. it kept me on my toes while also wrapping things up in a realistic and satisfying way!!

I never thought i’d love this series as much as i have but it’s staked a place in my heart and. i can’t wait for everyone to read this. I am a mess over this and i am so greatful to have been given a chance to read this early!!!! this is one of the best series conclusions i’ve ever read and it did not disappoint one bit.

thank you again netgalley for the arc copy 🫶🏼

Thank you @netgalley and @readforeverpub for the eARC of this book!

For those of you who have been following along for a few months, you probably saw that I am obsessed with this series and was so happy to get the eARC of the final book, Tale of the Heart Queen, around my birthday. The series focuses around Lor, a prisoner who draws the attention of various people in power. She is often tested and challenged to learn more about herself and find the next right thing to do to accomplish her goals. Since this is a spoiler free page, what I will say is that I personally was very satisfied with the way the story ended for all of the characters I had come to love. What I enjoyed most about the series was the adventure, fast-pace, rapid world building, found family, and the themes of working together across division. This is on my must-read list for those who love romantasy.

What a wonderful end to the series! Especially after that cliff-hanger in the last book, The Tale of the Heart Queen, finally gave us a HEA. The plot and pacing of this book had me on the edge of my seat, and I flew through this in nothing. I’m sad it’s over, but I wholeheartedly enjoyed this series so much!

Thank you NetGalley and publisher for the ARC!

There is a reason it took me 4 days to read Tale of the Heart Queen, the final book in the Artefacts of Ouranos quartet. I didn't want it to end. I have been so invested in Lor and Nadir's story, I had to slow it down to take everything in. And Tuli really brought it full circle. There were fist-pump moments, and tears-streaming-down-my-face moments, in equal measure. I'm not sure how she pulled it off, but it was SO satisfying. What. A. Ride. 🥳💖

I’m absolutely honored to have received this ARC! After that INSANE cliffhanger, The Tale of the Heart Queen delivers the happy ending we all deserved!

The plot and pacing kept me hooked, and I loved the fresh fantasy elements Tuli introduced. She wove everything together so seamlessly to create a perfect conclusion. I especially enjoyed the new historical POVs, which gave us deeper insight into Zerra—what a fun twist!

Nadir and Lor have become two of my favorite characters. It took me a while to warm up to Lor, but I absolutely loved her in this book. Nadir has always stolen my heart 💕, and their relationship? Who doesn’t love a good fated mates trope?

Tuli did an incredible job wrapping up every character’s arc. Following Gabriel’s development was a highlight for me—he’s a close second to my beloved Nadir.

If you haven’t read this series yet, this is your sign to dive in!

Overall, The Tale of the Heart Queen is a fun and heartfelt wrap-up to the incredible Artefacts of Ouranos series. I’m so excited to see what Tuli has in store for us next!

Thank you to Netgalley and the publishers for providing me with this e-ARC!

Holy forking shirtballs, what an amazing book. Nisha slayed this series finale. My feelings are bittersweet, I loved seeing how Lor's journey played out, but I'm so not ready to leave this world and its characters.

I was gutted after the previous book, and Tale of the Heart Queen gives a little bit of space for that grief before ramping up the danger. There is some delicious karma served to characters we loathe, and justice given to those who deserved more.

I couldn't put TotHQ down after starting it - it was that good. My only hope now is that Nisha writes some spin-offs so we can see the Kingdom of Heart prosper and some side characters get their much-deserved HEAs <3

4.5/5. And that concludes the Artefacts of Ouranos series and boy, what an ending that was! My emotions were all over the place but I really feel that fans of this series will love the ending. After the major cliffhanger left on the last pages of Fate of the Sun King, I can finally be at peace lol. My girl Lor has been through hell and back with this one and I am happy with how things turned out for her.

I loved the addition of more POVs on this book and how the author tied things back to the first book. Everything came full circle with this one. And the spice did not disappoint.

While waiting for this book to come out, I had forgotten how much I love the author’s writing style and how much I love these characters and it’s hard to say goodbye to them!

Thank you to NetGalley and Forever for the eARC!

I’ve really enjoyed this series!!! This is the final book of the series and the beginning picked up right where the huge cliffhanger of book three left off. The story was engaging and pretty fast paced. I liked that we got to see more of the various rulers across Ouranos and side characters from previous books. The setting bounced between the various regions too. The book brought some twists I definitely didn’t see coming. Towards the end I got a little teary eyed wow but it wrapped up the series up nicely. What a journey and what a fun fantasy world to explore. Thank you Nisha J Tuli!

Hey so this book wrecked me. I did not expect to CRY at the end but I did. This was the most perfect conclusion to this series. The action, the betrayals, the secrets, the ROMANCE, the character growth… it was all so good. I loved the plot and character development. I truly felt like our characters had grown so much since book one. The romance was top tier and the endings for certain characters were so satisfying. This book seriously had me on the edge of my seat and I thought it was the perfect ending. One of my favorite romantasy series!

🌟ARC Review🌟
Tale of the Heart Queen
By Nisha J. Tuli
Releasing 11.26.24
Thanks to Net Galley for the Advanced Reader Copy

The last book in what has come to be one of my favorite series that is 110% not talked about enough. The conclusion to one of the most epic love stories ever. Nadir and Lor are two characters that I won’t be forgetting for quite some time.

This book picks up exactly where the previous one left off, might I mention the world’s worst/best cliffhanger ever! We had potential betrayal, potential death, all sorts of chaos going on! I was happy to see there were zero gaps and all my questions were answered so many months later. I admit starting this story and seeing the amount of pages I was a little bit overwhelmed. The beginning started out slower than I expected and some things took place I was not happy about (I’m talking about you Nadir). But as we know, Nisha J. Tuli is a master of writing and the story roped me in.

There was so much going on with literally every character in this book. We had Gabriel, Tyr, Rion, Willow, Tristan, and a handful of others who played vital roles chapter after chapter. I feel Tyr was meant for his new role in life, Amya has so many people encouraging her as she steps up to the throne, Gabriel finally has a chance at life, and Lor and Nadir can rule over the people of Heart how they see fit.

I am sad to see all these beloved characters go but I am happy knowing all loose ends have been wrapped up. Including Rion’s sudden change of heart 🥹 Please, start this series ASAP if you’re looking for an amazing collection of stories full of adventure, heartbreak, redemption, and love!
